It's even more gorgeous in person! I had it delivered to work and pretty soon everyone was looking up his purses online. I can't tell you how incredible the detail is all the way down to the stitching on the handles. Pockets galore! The copper hardware is absolutely stunning; finally a purse garnished in something other than the standard, boring silver or gold! The leather is extremely soft; I bought the one in taupe and it goes with everything/any color. I can't say enough about the quality, look, and feel. I highly recommend this designer.

B. Makowsky have the nicest and softest leather bags to begin with, but the Taipei Satchel is awesome. It has a flare of it's own, lots of compliments. I love the outside cell phone pockets on B. Makowsky bags, I have 4 and have had a hard time finding even more expensive bags that complete. Zappos has taken the market on service.

This is a gorgeous handbag! The leather is soft and the hardware really makes a statement. I bought it in a color not featured on the Zappos website (a sage green) but I want it in every color! It is very roomy; it holds my full-size wallet and a makeup case with room to spare. The strap length is great; long enough to carry on my shoulder, but short enough the bag doesn't drag on the ground when down at my side. The only thing I wish it had were feet on the bottom to protect it from dirt and scratches. Oh, and if it came in red, I'd be in heaven.

I\'m a big fan of B. Makowsky. I couldn\'t find the chocolate color in the stores and was thrilled that I found it at Zappos. One of my best buys thus far. Words can\'t express how satisfied I am with my B. Makowsky Satchel. I get compliments all the time and everyone wants my Satchel. Definitely worth the purchase and some.

I purchased my bag about 3 weeks ago, I absolutely love it! I had been looking for an animal print bag for several years, and this one was more than I anticipated, Furry synthetic bag, lots of stripes, lots of hardware, and secure closure, Perfect! And there are totes also, but, but I looked for this size to carry every day, without being a tote size. I highly recommend this bag. I get compliments every time I wear it.

This bag is beautifully made. The leather is nicer than many luxury brands, and the hardware is top notch. The style is classic. The only issue I had with this bag was the large size and the weight of the bag. By itself, this bag is pretty heavy, and the size is too big for a petite person. I reluctantly returned this bag. I will definitely look for more bags from B. Makowsky again because of its quality. I\'m sure I\'ll find one that\'s perfect.

Canterbury Medium Satchel - I loved ths purse at first sight; walked around with it for about 30 minutes to see if both straps would stay on my shoulder prior to purchase...and they did! I am not surprised by the numerous compliments I have received; it's a great color and the compartments keep me organized.

Beautiful bag. I bought this bag thinking it was on the heavy side, but simply gorgeous! When I put my stuff in it, and I do carry very little, it was very very heavy. I'm 5'7" & it completely overpowers me look wise & weight. Sad to say I will be returning it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this purse! It has 3 sepreate compartments that make my purse organized, but not in a old lady kind of way. It has a super strong magnet that helps keep everything closed but it also locks onto attracting my car keys keeping them pretty handy to find.

Exactly what I was looking for! I purchased the bag in black. The leather is beautifully soft and supple and despite the relatively small size of the purse the pocket design and placement make it very functional.

This is a beautiful purse. I usually do not buy purses with the two straps because one of the straps always seem to fall down. The straps are designed where as they do not fall off your shoulders. This is a Large and roomy purse. It is so classy. This bag can be worn with jeans or you can dress it up, either way it still looks great. The hardware on the purse is just awesome. You cannot go wrong with this bag. I just wished it came in Red or maybe even yellow or orange. I would get it in all colors. I have it in the pacific (blue) and also the brandy (brown). You cannot go wrong with this bag. A must for any classy woman's wardrobe.

I have this bag. It is amazing. It stopped my friends in their tracks! I have the animal print. It is a soft, furry fabric accented in substantial leather straps (very comfortable, I might add), and amazing hardware. There are pockets on the end that are deep and secure for quick cell phone access and sun glasses. The interior is plenty roomy for my large wallet/clutch and everything else I pack around. This animal print bag is the one to have this year! Buy it!!

I love it, but I have to send it back. It's just too big for me. I am only 5'1" and it looks too big on my arm. But the quality and style of B. Makowsky is always there; the leather and craftsmanship is always 100%. If you are looking for the finest leather and great hardware, buy a B. Makowsky handbag.

This is the bag of the season- hands down! Excellent styling, materials, and color all combine to create the go to bag for fall/winter/spring/summer. Not too big, and with plenty of divided space for all your essentials, this bag has something for anyone. Easy access cell pocket, and roomy front pocket for keys or frequent go to items make this a winner for all seasons. Trust me, you will be well pleased with this bag.

Just bought this purse to replace a Michael Kors purse that I purchased from Zappos a year ago which already fell apart! FYI, make sure straps are stitched together rather than glued together! This bag is so much lighter & more comfortable to carry than my previous go-to bag! I love the pocket for your cell phone on the back; no more digging in your purse to find it! Also, the leather feels great; soft & supple & seems nicer than the MK leather. Great bag! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I am usually a Dooney & Bourke girl, but having heard about B. Makowsky's leather, I thought I'd give this a try. Wow, am I glad I did! The size is perfect, love the center divider zip pocket, the leather is so buttery soft & feels absolutely wonderful on the shoulder. I get compliments all of the time on it & want to get it in the Lipstick Red! (I have it in Black for Fall/Winter.) Try this bag; you'll love it, it looks good when you carry it as well, has a nice slouchy hobo look to it. Thanks Zappos for your great brands & wonderful prices!

This was my first B. Makowsky bag and I was very pleasantly surprised! The leather is very soft and feels luxurious. It is a good medium-sized bag and doesn't overwhelm your body like some of the larger handbags. I am petite (5'2") so I don't like bags that are too big.

I am so excited about this purse. The brown has a genuine alligator look to it; great paired with turquoise. The leather is very supple but strong; the gold accents set the bag structure off well. Lots of organizational opportunities. Great fall bag.

I needed a classic "black bag," but didn't want the same old boring look. This one fills the bill for me! Classic and great quality (the leather is amazing on his bags), yet the straps and buckle front make it a standout. Roomy enough, but not so huge you feel weighted down. I had to choose between this one and a D&B bag. This one's shoulder strap was much more comfortable and soft. (If I'm lugging a purse around all day, I want to be comfortable!) B. Makowsky's bags are just as "quality" as D&B, and a lot more shoulder friendly!

I love this bag! So does my sister; I ordered one for her, too. I spotted it a local store, but they did not have it in black. It is very roomy, stylish, and has lots of convenient compartments. It's not over or under done. It's more attractive than some other brands that I was looking at. The shoulder straps are perfect and the leather is beautiful. I will be carrying this one for a while.
