This is the best shoe I have ever purchased for my son; he wore them forever! They really held up well. I have been looking for another pair and glad I finally found them again.

These Avia shoes were recommended to us by my son\'s doctor because he was often tripping and falling in the Nikes that we had bought him. Ever since he has been wearing these he has been fine since they are more stable than the Nikes. He is very happy with them and says that they\'re comfortable and help him run faster in gym class.

My son is very active and therefore hard on shoes. This is a good choice if you are looking for a decent shoe without spending a lot of money.

Shoelaces are way too long for this shoe... I ordered this shoe for my 7 year old and he really like the look of it when I showed it to him online. The only complaint I have is how long the shoe laces are...even when I double tie them. It's very unattractive. It's a simply enough remedy...just one that I wish I didn't have to hassle with, buying the correct size shoe lace for this shoe.

Good Boys PE shoe - My son loves these shoes! They are perfect for gym class. I just recommend that you buy thick socks for these shoes. He wore them on a walk with a pair of thinner socks and it rubbed the skin on the inside of his ankles pretty raw. So always have your child wear socks; the fit is pretty snug.

Great shoe, tough and wears well, but seems to run just a little bit small so that they're a little tight and it takes some work to get them on my son. Once they are on, he loves them.

Avia - great shoe for skinny feet! The Avia shoe is a great fit for my grandson; he has long, skinny feet and a narrow heel. There is no rubbing or flopping at the heel, they are a perfect fit and he loves the style and color!

Our daughter has asked us to buy several sizes - Our 7 year old LOVES these shoes. She says they are the most comfortable of any she's had and asked us to buy several pair in larger sizes so she'll have more when she outgrows these. They are getting lots of wear and still appear brand new.

This is a great shoe for the money - I like these shoes a lot and so does my 5 year old son. He chose them himself and I think he made a great choice. They are sturdy and so far, durable. The laces are pretty long and we have to double knot them, but otherwise, I am happy with these sneakers.

Great shoe - I was so pleased with this shoe for my toddler. They are true to size and seem to be a good, solid shoe for running and playing. The teachers at his pre-school say they are great (and they let us know if a shoe is not a good "school shoe"). The only complaint I have is that they seem to have adult length shoe laces bit this can be easily fixed with a new pair or simply cutting the current pair of laces. Great shoe - will definitely order another pair when the time comes.

Awesome - I've been wearing Avia shoes for the longest time. I figured I'd get my son a pair. By the way, black is his color! I think they look great on him and he says they're comfortable. 5 Star Quality. They seem very durable and haven't shown any wear! Great Shoe.
