It is a pretty basic shoe but nevertheless is also light, comfortable, has good traction, and is breathable and stylish. I would wear these casually with jeans or for a nice long walk as well as for gym activities. They are flexible in the forefoot and fit snugly in the heel. Very good shoes. Zappos, as always, is where you would want to purchase them.

I was disappointed in the comfort and support of this shoe. There is not very much arch and the shoe is not very cushioning.

These shoes run a half size small. I went for a 6 mile run and was okay till about the 3rd mile. I thought the shoes felt a little small and hoped they would stretch. No such luck. I wear a size 13 and there is no 13.5 so I'm out of luck and money. Be careful and order a half size larger than what you normally wear. Other than the size issue, the shoes are lightweight and would be great for speed training if they fit correctly.

Nice, light fit. I use these for jogging and P90X plyometrics, and they have done me and my creeky knees good. For their price, they are quite solid -- and the bright colors put my wife at ease when I go jogging at night.
