The new crosstrainer from avia which has replaced the outstanding 104 model. The 115, while not as light as the 104, is even more comfortable in my opinion. It has a very bouncy heel due to the cantilever design combined with and elastomer Avia calls ZO2. It is a no-frills performer that will serve you well whether at the gym or casual use with jeans. Zappos, as always, will have them to your doorstep very quickly.

I have been wearing Avia for over 20 years, they provide me with needed support, to correct a disability. I highly recommend them. My only problem is that I cannot seem to be able to find the correct size anymore. I need men's 7EEEE, which are difficult to locate.
Brands I'd also recommend: Avia only for me

This is a fine athletic shoe. It's light enough to be effectively used in cross training, and provides good support when running. A very fair price too.
