So comfortable I'd give 7 stars! Not too high but gives a good lift. The pewter is an odd color, not grey, but still neutral. Bronze is a coppery color. My bunion is very comfortable but pokes through a little. But I'm picky. Someone else might not notice or care b/c comfort more than makes up for it. I usually wear 7 1/2 in sandals and wear an 8 in these. This brand is in my favorites list now!

Make sure you order a size up! Very cute shoe and the leather is soft and comfortable but these run tiny! I am a solid 9 and my foot is hanging off the back and I can barely get my feet through the straps. Will have to send these back unfortunately.

Those with narrow, high arched feet can forget about ordering this. The leather is soft and height is just nice.

Comfy basic black shoe, but it slips off my foot too easily. I have a narrow foot, and the medium width fit me fine. I liked the style of the straps, and the heel was a good height.

know I have big feet but when you wear an 11 and have had to order up to a 12 (in most cases recently with shoes) and it doesn't fit, something is wrong. Yes they are narrow-this wasn't the problem. In some shoes I can wear an 11 however depending on where the shoe is made, it seems like they are running smaller almost every time I order. I'm not an expert at measuring but when this shoe was too small length wise, I put it up to another shoe of the same size and measured it on the top, from toe to heel and it was 10 and 1/2 inches, I know it is the shoe and not my foot growing. It looked close to two inches smaller than another shoe I wear that I can wear a thick sock with. Somehow, I missed the runs small part on the reviews that I usually always read. I probably won't order this brand again just because I know that some brands tend to run small.
Brands I'd also recommend: I didn't like this brand!

I love these shoes. I have them in three colors. I have "problem" feet and this is the one brand that works for me. Zappos is great!
