I bought the red shoes for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. The shoe is very well made and fit perfectly. A little expensive but it is for my granddaughter!

I order these classic Aster t-straps, in the red patent, every year for my child. At 8 years she still loves them. They work with every outfit and can dress up or down. They never give her blisters or rub her awkwardly. Well worth the investment to have a fabulous looking pair of shoes on your beautiful girl.

This is a fabulous shoe. My daughter wears a uniform to school and the shoe is comfortable for her and stylish. She loves the shoe. It is pretty and durable. The sole is good, has traction, but does not mark up floors. Overall I plan on buying this same shoe in another color!

Great dress shoe! This is the classic girls dress shoe. I bought the fuchsia patent for our little girl, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. I've never bought Aster before; we usually purchase Petit and Naturino. Sizing is a bit more like Petit, i.e. runs larger and wider than Naturino. I only gave the shoe a three star rating for comfort because my little girl complained that the shoe rubbed her funny. However, she was wearing them around the house in her bare feet when she made this complaint. She was fine in them while wearing dress socks. Unless you plan on your daughter wearing them without socks, I wouldn't worry much about the rubbing. Great shoe!

This shoe is beautiful, comfortable and well made. I purchased a pair in navy to go with my daughter's school uniform. She loves them! They are a bit expensive but they are worth it.

LOVE Aster shoes! My daughter loves her shoes, no blisters, softened right up (They are a tad bit costly for a 6 year old but I refuse to put cheaply made shoes on my baby’s feet). I am hoping they hold up as long as it takes for her to grow out of them. I have purchased Aster shoes in the past for her but she has such a rotation of shoes I hardly saw wear on them. These are her uniform shoes this year and she will wear them almost every day...they will certainly be put to the test! Thank you Aster and Zappos for carrying this shoe brand!!

Great shoe! Very well made, looks like it will last the school year. My daughter loves them. We purchased after stride rite stop carrying their t-strap maryjane. We are very happy to find Aster who is still making classic, quality shoes.

The BEST shoes! My daughters have worn Aster shoes since they were infants. We buy several colors in this style every year. My youngest daughter often inherits her older sister's shoes and these hold up so well and are in perfect condition even after they are handed down!

Love this shoe - This is the classic girls shoe; my daughter wore for Easter, White House events, and other special occasions. They run a bit big overall, but she can wear thicker tights or socks with them- they hold up extremely well. This is our third pair. Have bought white and navy.

Cute little shoe! Love these Asters - we ordered them in dusty pink, so sweet and goes with so much (pink, navy, brown, jeans, etc). Love the traditional little girl look. This is the second pair I've bought in the pink - my daughter calls them her "school" shoes. They do scuff a bit and it is hard to find pink shoe polish, but the lighter colors do not show scuff marks as much.

Like always: Aster has made a quality shoe - We are fans of Aster. I wore Aster shoes when I was a kid! They are well built with real leather and they fit perfectly my two year old feet. It is a classic model which can be worn with everything! As soon as my daughter had them on, she wanted to go for a walk and even ran with them! It is an excellent price for the quality offered!

Very Happy - I love how cute and well made this shoe is. Zappos is great, I have purchased from them a few times and can't be more pleased with the shipping service.

Great summer casual/dress shoe - Great summer casual/dress shoe for our 12-year-old. She can wear these as a casual sandal or with socks for a dressier look for Sunday school. She says they are comfortable and I like the strap for the fit and support. We like the Aster line for the age appropriate look hard to fine for a pre-teen.

Cute but strap is way too short - I've never had this problem with Aster before but the strap on these shoes is way too short. Very strange problem. Beware!

Basic mary jane - I bought this shoe to go with everything and for its quality. It is a bit heavy, but my daughter seemed to feel more comfortable with the fit as she wore it.
