Overall:

I order these classic Aster t-straps, in the red patent, every year for my child. At 8 years she still loves them. They work with every outfit and can dress up or down. They never give her blisters or rub her awkwardly. Well worth the investment to have a fabulous looking pair of shoes on your beautiful girl.

This shoe is so sweet and adorable. The first time my daughter wore them, her feet hurt a bit and she changed shoes halfway through the day. I don\'t know if it was a sock/tight issue or not. We will have to try them another day. Worth trying because the style is so cute but maybe not the perfect fit.

Lovely shoes! My 6 year old wanted black patent shoes that were comfy and hip-looking as well. These worked perfectly!

Great shoes! My daughter is 5 and I have such a hard time finding shoes. Since her feet sweat, I wanted to get her all leather shoes. Her feet are no longer wide when measured, but most shoes tend to be too narrow. She was happy as soon as she put these on and wears them to kinder almost everyday. She picked these out herself on Zappos and the bright pink is very happy.

No cushioning - These are really cute shoes. Very well constructed and made. The problem I found is there is no cushioning in them. They would be like walink on the floor bare footed.

I bought this shoe for my god-child. Her mother told me she loves it and wants to wear it everday even when there is no school. This syle shoe is a classic. i grew up wearing this stlye shoes and i am happy to have found that the stlye is still around.

We love the style of these shoes, and they are very comfortable. The sole is a little bit stiff. They run really small. At least a half-size small, or maybe even a whole size small. Be sure to order a size up!

This is a fabulous shoe. My daughter wears a uniform to school and the shoe is comfortable for her and stylish. She loves the shoe. It is pretty and durable. The sole is good, has traction, but does not mark up floors. Overall I plan on buying this same shoe in another color!

My daughter wears these shoes as part of her school uniform and has received many compliments. I was worried that they might hurt her feet at first because the leather is stiff, but I made sure she wore them with thick socks and she was fine. The shoe has held up great, and I love that it has a buckle instead of velcro, which tends to wear out quickly. I think, though, that they tend to run small as I initially bought a size 11 (my daughter's current size), but had to exchange it for the next size up. Now she has some room to grow and I'm hopeful that these shoes will hold up for the entire school year. Well worth the cost!

The shoes are just perfect; the size was exactly what I was expecting. I highly recommend this website for high quality European leather shoes with leather lining. The finishing is perfect. Love all Asters - my only complaint with this shoe is the flowers keep coming off. Happened with first pair and replacement pair. Otherwise a nice shoe.

Excellent sandals for a child with a narrow heel. Velcro adjustment at toe and ankle allows you to get a good fit.

Great everyday shoe!I bought these for my granddaughter in red (actually this is the second pair - she outgrew the others) and they are a great everyday shoe. Even though she practically lived in them everyday - the quality is so good, she will be handing them down to her sister. She received a lot of compliments too and a lot people inquiring about where we got them.

The old fashioned look...This is my daughter's 7th pair of navy blue Asters. The first 4 were much higher quality as now I believe they are made in Mexico and you can really tell that the shoe (which is the same price) is more flimsy. The stitching always comes out and they have to go to the shoemaker at least twice during their lifetime (before my daughter grows out of them). She does wear them every day as part of her uniform. The alternative is buying the ugly velcro shoes and this is such a classy look.

Great dress shoe!This is the classic girls dress shoe. I bought the fuchsia patent for our little girl, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. I've never bought Aster before; we usually purchase Petit and Naturino. Sizing is a bit more like Petit, i.e. runs larger and wider than Naturino. I only gave the shoe a three star rating for comfort because my little girl complained that the shoe rubbed her funny. However, she was wearing them around the house in her bare feet when she made this complaint. She was fine in them while wearing dress socks. Unless you plan on your daughter wearing them without socks, I wouldn't worry much about the rubbing. Great shoe!

Beautiful but rather narrow - These are well made and look very pretty. We got the brown ones. My daughter likes them a lot but because they are on a rather narrow side we're still debating whether to exchange for a different style. None less, they are a great deal!

Little White School Shoes - My daughter has to wear all white shoes with a rubber sole with her uniform. I was happy to find the traditional "girlie" shoes. I used white tennis shoes but they did not have the look I wanted for my Pre-Kinder. I kept searching and at Zappos I could end my search. The ordering was easy and the shoes arrived in decent time.

We love the look of the shoe. However, we almost sent them back because the zipper got stuck EVERY TIME on the lining! My daughter really wanted the boots so I cut the 1/8th inch lining out and it has been fine. Definitely something the manufacture should fix.

Great shoe, fit and style - The picture is misleading- these shoes are REALLY cute in person, fit well, are supportive and very well made. They are the one pair of shoes I keep buying for my daughter in the next size up! Highly recommended.

We love these shoes - Wonderful shoes. I purchased these for my daughter. I did have to exchange these once though. I ordered them in her regular size and they were way too small. When I ordered the size up from her normal size, they fit fine with plenty of room. We are very happy with these shoes and will order more as needed. Great quality!

Great shoe!These shoes have lots of style and beauty. My daughter thinks they are the bomb with the crystals on the flowers. They are great dressed up or down. Very comfortable as well. Highly recommend!
