Overall:

Great looking and absolutely comfortable as walking shoes. These shoes have saved my feet from walking countless hours through Disneyland in the past months. I've worn many pairs of Asics and from my experience, Asics run 1/2 size smaller. I'm a size 6.5, but in Asics I have to wear a size 7. My wish is that the laces were slightly longer as I can barely tie a bow with them.

Love them! The Asics sizes seem to run a bit smaller than others (which for me is good, since I wear a 5 in most things but the Asics 6 fits quite well). That\'s one of the reasons I bought them (the other reason being the color). Very comfortable, but they are a bit slippery when they\'re wet (at least when brand new).

I ordered these sneakers for my uncle who is over 80 years old and walks daily. He absolutely loves them and couldn't believe that I spoke to him at 4:00 pm one day and he had them at his door the same time the next day! I have been looking for a replacement for a discontinued asics style for 2 years. I read some reviews about this shoe and the gel intensity. I initially chose intensity and they were quite uncomfortable. The arch support was horrible. I work out 5x a week doing Jazzercise and I need good side-t-side support. I have plantar fascitis so I also need good heel support. I like the gel heel in asics cross trainers. This shoe is much better than the intensity and considerably cheaper. Although this shoe is more than adequate, I will probably stick to the gel 250 series which provides more arch support.

These shoes are wonderful! I have a stretched tendon in one foot and have had plantar fasciitis in the other. Therefore, in my quest to lose weight and regain fitness, I needed a running shoe that would help me transition from walking to jogging and offer excellent arch support and comfort. These shoes were the answer. Plus, the raspberry style looks good.

These socks are expensive, but look and feel great. Unlike a lot of black socks, they don\'t leave a lot of black lint on my toes when I take them off. Very breathable.

Purchased two pair of these shoes in preparation for the Oxfam Hong Kong Trailwalker 100k charity event. Actually only ended up wearing one pair. I found the shoe great. They fit me perfectly, but I am familiar with the Asics and what exact size to buy for my foot. Shoe performed well on the road (asphalt / concrete) and the rough trail terrain (dirt, rocks, tree roots, etc). Great cushion and stiff enough in the sole to protect my feet from bruising. And having only worn them for few days walking before the run, not one blister. I would definitely buy them again. Got to wear out the two pair 1st!

Better than the 1140 it replaces I think, due to a little snugger, more form-fitting upper, and a bit of a weight reduction. These are in fact extremely light, so much so in fact, that I think if you need more than just a little stability, you may be better served by the Asics 2140-2150 series. These work much better for this 155 pounder though, with the much softer SpEVA midsole (compared to the much firmer Solyte Asics uses in higher-priced models for some reason). A great value in a basic, well-cushioned, lightweight, light stability trainer.

Just got mine and love them!I recently received mine. They look just as good as they do online, but better. They feel comfortable, but if you're flat-footed like me try not to wear these too much. Also, these shoes are very casual and stylish.

Love these shoes. Asics are my favorite shoes to work out in. The fit was just right (a half size larger than regular shoe size). People at the gym are always giving me good comments and wanting to know where I got these shoes. And of course I tell them Zappos!

I bought these for my husband, who runs a lot. He liked the width but needed to go up a half size for enough toe room at the end. He is very happy with the shoe.

The Sakura Diva is a comfortable shoe for everyday casual wear. It does not have the bulkiness of other sneakers which makes it a more graceful shoe. \r\n\r\nIt would benefit with a little more padding on the sole.

Disappointed - I'm an Asics fan because of their comfortable gel soles, so I was excited to find an Asics trail shoe that was also waterproof. It was disappointing then to discover the shoe is neither waterproof nor comfortable. I tested it in a light drizzle running through wet grass. Water soaked through to me feet within about 15 minutes. The fit was also disappointing. Asics apparently just added a Gortex lining to a regular sized shoe, thus the interior of the shoe is smaller due to the space taken up by the thicker Gortex lining. My regular running shoe size felt tight and my toes were crowded. Going a half size larger solved the toe crampness, but was a tad too long. The sole of the shoe was comfortable and I liked all the reflective trim since I run a lot at night.

I have aches in right foot and left knee. I like the shoes, use them every day. But I still dont know if the shoe is improving my aches or not. But looks like i do like it bec i wear every day. \r\n\r\nZappos like always is the best

Overall:

These are great shoes that provide a firm grip between the road and your feet. As always, these Asics are light and allow good air flow through the pores. I always run in Asics, and I would recommend these shoes to any other runner

Overall:

I run 35- 40 miles a week and like to wear a pair of light, yet non-flimsy socks. They need to wick away the moisture and provide non-slip support, these socks fit the bill. Perfect for road racing as well.

I have always bought the Asics GT2140s and decided to give these a try since I liked the color combo. Out of the box, the opening of the right shoe hit my ankle bone while the left didn\'t, which indicated inconsistent workmanship. After a day or so of breaking them in, the fit got better. This is not a problem I\'ve had with the GT2140s, so I think I\'ll go back to those.

The shoes fit good, but the best part about the order was the speed at which we received our shoes and then when I had to return for a different size, it was easy, quick and painless.

This is a great shoe. For tall girls that like cushion and support, look no further. I used to be a DMX and a Ryka person, but after reading a review in Consumer Reports, I thought I would give these a try. They are great! And they have leather tops, which is hard to find these days. I have 2 pair, and I want another for "special occasions". If you are a tennis shoe nut, then you know what I mean!
