I'm 5'3", have a 26.25-inch waist and a 34C bust, the small shirt is a tad baggy in the waist and quite long through the torso, but sizing down would likely be the wrong move. Being a girl with slight yellow undertones, the green made me look sickly, but the pink is perfect. I wore it on a run yesterday and loved it! Definitely recommend it.
