I agree the fit is much smaller than the normal shoe in this series. I've been wearing this model (in its various versions) for ten years and it never felt small. It caused me bad toenail pain after a half-marathon last weekend. Too bad I've worn them too much to send back to get bigger. They do keep your feet nice and dry in the rain.
