These look really nice and sleek on, but are super tight at the opening. Trying to put them on is hard and then after having them on, the upper opening is too tight. I wear Asics and this is the first tennis shoe that has felt like this. Had to return them.

These shoes are a bit strange. Awesome fit, snug and comfortable, relaxing even. This feels like a shoe you'd want to sit around in at the office all day. But walking in the shoe is uncomfortable; the crease in the forefoot exerts pressure on your toes as you walk. It's not painful per se, just a little uncomfortable and distracting. Toe box is a bit smaller and heel is average. I can't emphasize enough how much just sitting around in these feels great. Unfortunately, that's not why we buy sneakers, so the utility is lost. Not recommended.

I was going to buy another brand for volleyball this year, but the company canceled my order. I was disappointed to not get my first choice, but these shoes are better than the ones originally picked, and from Zappos they were cheaper and shipped free! Love them!
Brands I'd also recommend: Mizunos

Really good shoe, lightweight and comfortable. I have a wide foot and at medium size I was surprised at how well they fit. I'm an avid volleyball player and for indoor use they're great good grip, and at half the price of other shoes. They've taken the spot of my Mizunos! Recommendation: wide-foot buy 1/2 size bigger.

I am an ASICS fan and have enjoyed their running shoes and volleyball shoes over the years. I just purchased the Gel-Nimbus for running recently and really appreciate the cushioned support. However, I think those shoes spoiled the Gel-Volley Lyte for me because the Gel-Volley Lyte is not nearly as cushioned. This is understandable, I suppose, since the point of these shoes is to be more lightweight. The first few times I played in them, though, moving laterally on the court resulted in my forefoot feeling painfully jammed up against the sides of the shoes. I'm going to chalk this up to a break-in period, which I don't normally need for ASICS shoes. I think if I use them a little more, or wear more cushioned socks, they will start to feel better.
