I ordered these shoes on Wednesday night and they were at my house when I got home from work on Friday. The shoes have good arch support and were ready to wear out of the box. They have an excellent heal cup and the lacing fits the shoes to my feet(I have a wide foot). I am extremely pleased with the fit, the support, and the look of these shoes. Thanks again Zappos.
