This shoe is an awesome cross trainer. I needed a shoe with great lateral support for interval training and plyometrics; this shoe did not disappoint. The GEL sole is very nice and comfy, and even the GEL forefoot gives great feel to the floor when working out. I normally wear 11 1/2 in Nike, so I ordered a 11 1/2 in Asics - it was a little big. I ordered an 11 from Zappos and haven't looked back. I really need to order another pair for when these wear out; this shoe is AWESOME!

I purchased these shoes because of a review I read online touting their efficiency as cross-trainers. I also liked the unusual color pattern. I'm a huge fan of unique shoes. I get complimented on these every time I wear them, I guess because they stand out. This was my first purchase from Zappos and based on the ease of this purchase, their incredible selection, reasonable prices, and ability to return if necessary, I will continue to buy from them.
Brands I'd also recommend: New Balance, Nike, Under Armour

Once again, a 5 star shopping experience with Zappos VIP. Ordered shoes at 7PM in the evening, they were on my doorstep the next day at 3. Great fit, great experience with Zappos VIP. Why aren't you a member?

Don't really like these xtrainers. After wearing them for a couple of weeks, they still squeak when you walk.

Love this shoe! Not only does it feel great in my work outs at the gym, I also get a lot of compliments on how great they look. Also had a great experience using Zappos for the first time. Will be buying from here again.

I got these shoes for volleyball, but never got on the court with them. They were too loose/low at the heel, and no matter how tight I laced them, they slipped up and down my heel. I've worn the Gel-Rocket 4 and Volleycross 1, both of which fit perfectly. Zappos is amazing, though.

I only buy Asics for intervals/plyo/running, etc. I did not like these shoes at all. They are uncomfortable, mostly in the ankle area. They do fit securely, though. Order a 1/2 size smaller (even if you've worn Asics before); they run big.
