It was my first time purchasing from Zappos. It was also the first time buying an Asics shoe. What great customer service; the customer service person recommended that I purchase both my shoe size of 9 and 9.5. There was no hassle and received a credit back to my credit card once I returned the size 9 shoe. Great experience overall! You now have a repeat customer!

Great looking shoe. Great feeling shoe. My only problem with them is that the rubber on the back is starting to come unglued from the red gel. I wouldn't blame the shoe entirely though...I end up wheeling around in office chairs which has torn up the heels on some of my other shoes as well.

Somewhat disappointed with this choice. The shoes are heavier and thicker than I expected. Not as good as the more expensive Asics choices. I will probably replace soon.
Brands I'd also recommend: Stick w Asics - just a different shoe

Shoes are everything to be expected from Asics. Although they were a bit narrower in the front than one would expect from a medium D, but man, they look great! Zappos was a pleasure to deal with! And look forward to future business with them! Thanks Zappos!

The Gel Tornado 2 is just another fine piece of footwear wisely crafted by the mad scientists at Asics. The fit is snug and form fitting but not too tight. The sole eats up large chunks of real estate while the gel inserts protect feet from the jarring and perils of ballistic and dynamic movement. Thank you so much for the cool kicks Zappos!

This shoe is amazing! I do a good amount of running and plyometrics so my feet, legs and lower back take a beating. This shoe has got to be the biggest relief I have had during training in a long time. They feel great!
