Very nice shoe but a little pricey. I don't think it is that much better than other cheaper shoes for the price it costs. Also, from the picture, I thought it was going to have a lot of cushion, but it didn't have more than other more basic or cheaper shoes. It seems pretty durable though and it looks very nice.
Brands I'd also recommend: Nike, Adidas

I have suffered from heel spurs, shin splints and knee pain from surgery. I recently started taking Zumba classes and would have to come home and immediately ice my knees because my current shoes provided very little shock absorbency. Not wanting to give up such a great class, I was now on the search for a pair of sneakers that would eliminate the achy knees. I went to an Asics store in Manhattan and received great customer assistance to determine my needs for the right shoe. I tried several of the shoes with shock absorbency and they were good. Then, I put on the Gel-Kinsei 4 and felt like I was walking on clouds. I was extremely happy to hear that I could actually wear them for 30 days and return them. And try them out I did! I went to Zumba class that night and was bouncing around with the best of them!! They are on the pricey side, but I look at it this way, better pay for expensive sneakers now then to pay for a really expensive knee or hip operation later because you didn't have the right pair of shoes.
