Male 6.3ft 245lbs 12.5 ft size I went to my local mall to try out the Asics gel Kinetic 4 before I considered buying them regardless of how good the stats and tech of the shoe was stated to be. The Asics gel Kinetic 4 are amazing! The shoe provides a great jogging and running experience with maximum support, comfort, and stability. The Asics gel Kinetic 4 look much nicer than the actual pictures. I am highly impressed with the performance it provides and recommend them to any person of any size. If you plan on running often or if you're a runner this is the perfect shoe.

Attractive design and comfortable, but not better than the Kayano 17 in terms of support and feel. I run about 40 miles per week and own both shoes. If on the fence, go with the Kayano. Also the Kinetic 4 has a very strong plastic smell that does not go away. Very strong.

Great looking shoe and the feel was good but could have done a little better. No complaints in how it feels but if I pay this much, I just expected a tad more, that's all. I do recommend and if you can find it at a better price, go for it! Hope this helps.

I have always worn Asics and the Kinetic is the best yet. Great heel support and stability. I use for half trail and half road. More spendy than the others but my knees and ankles are worth it.

Definitely the best shoes (Asics or otherwise) I have ever owned. I have started wearing Asics and only Asics about 7 years ago. I still have the Gel-Kayano 15s, Gel-Kayano 16s, Gel-Cumulus 10s and now the Gel-Kinetic 4s and these are the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever owned period. Heel comfort is second to none, and I have very flat feet and I don't feel any burning or stretching from my arches at all, in any position, very supportive for people that have less than ideal arches. Don't let the price scare you, they are worth every penny.

I broke my foot (cuboid) about 15 months ago. I work at a restaurant where I'm on my feet all day. These shoes fit way better than the cumulus and nimbus! They also have a very smooth/cushioned feel while walking. I have tried at least a dozen different shoes(Nike, Brooks, Mizuno, NB), and these felt the best! The NB mr2002 was also very comfortable, but it costs more! I rocked the Kayano for years, but my pedicurist recommended a neutral shoe. These are money!

Stay away from these, after only wearing for a month the GEL heel began separating from the shoe! Also these shoes continued to off-gas a nasty chemical smell. I contacted Zappos and they had no problem exchanging them for ASICS GEL-KAYANOÂ 17 which I have had no problems with.

I have gone through two pairs of these, both times the gel heel blew out with only about 150 miles on them. I had the same problem with the Gel Kinsi 4s.

These are hands down the best running shoes I've ever owned. I need additional cushioning due to knee pain. I previously owned a pair of Nike Shox. My knees felt great but, I have to deal with blisters for two solid months before they formed to my foot (which is unfortunately not uncommon for me either...the blisters). My knees feel great and I am yet to experience one blister thanks to the Gel Kinetic's. I was hesitant to spend the money...silly! At least I won't have to shop for my next pair of shoes.

I have been a long time loyal Adidas man, but I have found these to be outstanding running shoes. I am very tall and carry more weight than the average waif I seen running and find these shoes to have excellent comfort and shock absorption. I am getter ready to order my second pair so I can move from 10K races to try a half marathon. I would not have considered jumping up in my running had it not been for these shoes.
Brands I'd also recommend: Love Adidas Tennis shoes. I have been a Barricade guy for years....

As always the shoes got to me on good condition and in less then 48 hours from the time I placed my order. The actual comfort of the shoes aren't that great. I have the same style that are about a year old. For some reason this pair starts to really hurt about 40 min into my run. Hopefully it's just me and others have better luck.

These are amazing shoes! The look is outstanding and really sets apart the men from the boys. Comfort and feel at its best! They provide fantastic stability, feeling like you only have a sole attached to you. These are top notch shoes.

Very disappointed in this Asics running shoe. Have purchased this brand 3 or 4 times and have been very pleased. Unfortunately, I can't even wear this shoe because it is so uncomfortable. Not sure what happened with this particular shoe but wouldn't recommend it. Still love Zappos though. Great service.

I purchased these shoes last October and only wore them to the Gym for workouts (2-4 times a week) and I recently noticed that the sole is coming apart on one of the shoes. I'm disappointed in the quality and trying to return.
