- Lightly padded tongue and collar for added comfort.
- Removable insole provides underfoot plush and a great step-in feel.
- Rearfoot Gel® cushioning system attenuates impacting shock and allows for a smooth transition to midstance.
- Trusstic System® reduces overall weight of the sole unit, while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe.
- Blown rubber outsole supplies lightweight cushioning and multi-surface grip.
- AHAR® (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) is known for its supreme durability and is strategically placed throughout high-wear areas of the outsole.

Love the style and color. The fit was a little large. I usually wear a 8.5 in regular shoes and a 9 in athletic shoes/Asics. I got a size 9 but was a little large/long. Keep in mind! Very comfortable and supportive.

I love these! They have great support and I can feel the gel! I used to wear some cheap gym shoes that I picked up without really understanding how important it is that they fit well and have support in the right areas. (Measure your feet! You want your gym shoes to be snug!) Now I look forward to putting these on in the morning when I go to the gym. They are fantastic!

I like the Asics brand because they are narrow in the heel and wider toward the toes where I need it. This was a great price on a great shoe. Delivery was quick and I'm a satisfied customer.

I'm not an exercise-shoe-type person. I wear PF Flyers around town. Since I won't jog in thin canvas shoes, I bought these ASICS, and I have not been disappointed. I forgot shoes could be this comfortable and breathable. It's like I have mattresses under my feet, super lightweight, bouncy mattresses. Nice. I still think exercise shoes look dorky, but hey, these come in black, so that's a plus.

The first few times I wore these I would get tingles is my feet because they were so narrow. I usually wear a 6.5 Wide, but I got these in 7 (as I usually do for sneakers). Luckily I stuck it out and now they fit my feet much better. I no longer have knee pain like I was with my old sneakers. I run 3x a week. I love the way they look (I got the black ones with blue laces) and they are really comfortable.

I was looking for a wide walking shoe and was hoping that this one would fit the bill. It's ok. Would really like a little more room in the toe box for feet that are almost always swollen. Will keep and hope they get more comfortable. Really like Zappos shipping policy.

Very comfortable shoes. These are my 5th pair of ASICS, so I guess I like the style. They are fairly light, good stability and running grip. The blue on black is cool.
Brands I'd also recommend: saucony, new balance

I purchased this shoe because I liked the color and style. I have several pairs of Asics, and a size 6 always fits me perfect out of the box. However this shoe seemed very narrow compared to other Asics I own. Sadly, had to return :(

Excellent quality and true-to-size fit. Would recommend these for anyone who does a lot of walking, but perhaps an upgrade would be in order for a serious runner.

Great value. The jury's still out on comfort: the arch and toebox seem stiff and make the pad of my foot a little numb when I'm walking, but I'm hoping that the higher impact of running will loosen them up. The heel and support under the ankle are good.
