I take a cardio kickboxing class 3 days a week. All the shoes I had either killed the balls of my feet or didn't help with my balance in the class. These are great shoes for high intensity work outs that involve lots of jumping. I did place my own insert in the shoes to provide more arch support.

These shoes are lightweight and elegant. Blue anything can be weird but the color and contrasting laces are 'just right'. I have other Asic shoes that offer more support but are, comparatively, clunky and heavy-feeling and just not what you want with the summer sweat factor. I don't know why but the shape is also very pleasing. Loving them...seriously.

I love these shoes! I have tried tons of shoes for my dance fitness workout (like Zumba). They were either not supportive enough in the insole, no lateral support, too much grip, etc. These seemed to be the best in all areas. They are so light and provide just enough traction. At first I thought I was going to slip because they are so much smoother on the floor than the others I tried. But after a few minutes, I adjusted and felt able to move while still feeling grounded and secure. They may have been a little less supportive laterally during my first workout, but I laced them up through the last hole and that seemed to secure my feet better for lateral movement. They are definitely the best that I have used for dance fitness! They are cute, too! I got the blue.

Great little kick for everything but actually working out. I don't mean that in a bad way - they are comfortable and flexible, but they aren't really structured enough (IMO) for a light run or even serious walking. I'm enjoying them a lot though for doing errands, etc in place of other casual sneakers. Nice, non-bulky, clean look.

I love these sneakers. I am usually a 9-9.5 in shoes, but wear a half size bigger in athletic shoes. I bought the 10, which feels great and gives me a little toe room (about a thumb's width). The blue is really cute. They're really light weight, and not overly constructed, so are perfect for classes at the gym.
