- Synthetic leather overlays provide a supportive fit and lasting durability.
- Lightly padded tongue and collar for added comfort.
- Rearfoot & forefoot Gel® cushioning systems work together to better attenuate impacting shock and allow the foot to move fluidly throughout the gait cycle.
- Trusstic System® reduces overall weight of the sole unit, while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe.
- Feather Last enhances forefoot stability.
- California Slip Lasting construction is utilized to enhance stability and comfort. The upper is stitched around a canvas or EVA board and directly attached to the midsole.

Great shoes! For years I've been wearing Nike, which never fit quite right and various other brands all of which fell short. Not these shoes though, unbelievably comfortable and I finally found a shoe that fits me perfectly! I would 100% recommend these to anyone!

Really liked this shoe. I have several workout shoes and decided I just wanted a pair of sneakers that felt good on and looked nice with jeans and had a bit of a heel on them. These Asics fit the bill! They do tend to run small, about a half a size smaller so order up.
Brands I'd also recommend: Sanita, MBT, Naot, Saucony, Dansko

Bought these shoes for work as a waitress. There is very little padding in the front but I usually go for minimalist running shoes so that didn't bother me. They wash well and lasted 4-5 months (I walk several miles a day). Also pretty good if you need something that functions for slip resistance. However, they do get wet easier than most, outside. If you step in water that is deep at all you might get a little in the mesh. My only complaint is that the front of the shoe is a little bit wide if you have narrow feet, your feet can slide a little bit, especially once they're worn in. Would buy them again.

Having had plantaar fasciitis and a heel spur for years, I have tried many brands of shoes, orthotics, custom orthotics.When I tried these on, it was immediate relief with no insert or anything added. The heel cup design really helps. I have medium to wide feet and the front fits me great. My only complaint is the front footbed seems thin compared to all the heel support. I am not a runner, but to me that would not be enough forefoot cushion. Otherwise they feel great!

Still very comfortable, this is probably my 6th pair of the Frantic style. However, I am not sure how long they will hold up. They seem to have cheapened the materials.

I've worn Nike for years, but purchased the black shoe because I liked the way they looked & the price was right. When I tried them on I was pleasantly surprised. It has great arch support & heel cushion. It does run a little small though. Despite that, I am more likely to purchase Asics again.

I am very pleased with buying shoe from zappo's. The shoes I just purchased are same sytle I have been wearing for quite some time.I have had both knee and ankle surgery and the doctor says they were the best shoes I could buy for my knee problems.

Love these shoes. I am into my second pair and I will buy another one when these are done. I have wide flat feet and these shoes with my orthotic give the best support I have ever had in an athletic shoe. I was looking for a nice black shoe to wear with a black skirt and they don't look too clunky. They breathe very well too as I do a lot of walking.

I have Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. These shoes are a miracle "cure" for the pain of both! I would buy them again!
