I love these sneakers. I love them enough that I should have bought more than one pair, maybe in another color. They're perfect for the gym- I read somewhere on Zappos (can't remember now whether it was a review or the product description) that the Gel-Flash is good for mild to moderate pronators, and that's definitely me. Great support, exactly where I need it. I'm not a runner, but I've been super comfortable on the elliptical, in Zumba class, and I *might* be inspired to try running again. Recommend.

I normally buy the Gel-Nimbus of the Gel-Cumulus...but I liked the look of these so I sacrificed some cushion for style. I wish I didn't do that, I definitely think I could use a little extra cushion because I run longer distances on a regular basis. If you are looking for a decent shoe and are only doing 3-4 mile runs this shoe is probably fine.

I just got back from my first run in these sneaks and I am so pleased! I did not need to break them in. They are really nice and cushy. Great support. I love the plum color. So glad I bought these - great price too!

Love them! Asics give great arch support which I need with plantar fasciitis, my feet don't kill me anymore. Also like the extra heel comfort and bed of foot support. These get great compliments, too! Am never disappointed with Asics. I try some on in stores, before buying online, I usually am size 8, need 8.5 in Asics. They are always worth the money.
I'd also recommend: Brooks, Saucony, New Balance

These are great shoes. I wear them for a high impact aerobics class w tons of plyometrics. Colors are awesome I get compliments everytime I wear then
