Very comfortable cushion shoe. The Runner's World and Consumer Reports reviews already speak for themselves so I don't need to say more on the technicals. But I can add that I love the fact that Asics makes - and Zappos carries - the 'extra wide' version of this shoe! I normally wear a 9W on dress shoes but have been wearing size 10 running shoes because local merchants never carry wides.

Nice update of a very good shoe. I like the tracking system in the sole. These shoes have always been and continue to be comfortable without being too soft. Wore these in my recent marathon and had zero foot issues either during or afterward. If you're looking for a nice, comfortable, neutral shoe, this is a good one.

My podiatrist sent me to get a pair of the Cumulus. He steered me right. Not the prettiest shoes around, but for instant comfort and support, they're better than any running shoe I've ever owned.

I have ran Marathons in this style shoe for the past six years. Any Asics shoe is great for every runner at any level. Remember different shoes are for different feet pronations. That is the key word for choosing a shoe and to avoid blisters.

Great cushioning in both the forefoot and heel. Ran 3 miles just out of the box, didn't seem to need a break in period. Would recommend to anyone. Only hesitation would be the looks, but I haven't found a pair of Asics that I like the look of. Bought them on recommendation from family.

I just purchased these shoes in red and white. They look amazing and feel amazing as well. I am 6'2” 195 lbs., and I am using these for the gym as well as walking/jogging. I tried Asics Nimbus 12/13, Brooks Trance, Brooks Ghost, Mizuno WaveRider, and Nike Air Pegasus, and these shoes top them all due to awesome cushioning throughout, lightweight, price, fit and feel. I do a lot of research and try on a lot of pairs and these are BEST!

I gave this shoe 3 stars because I needed to give stars in order to rate it. I didn't keep or use the shoes. This shoe's toe box wasn't wide enough for me even though I've worn New Balance 4E's for years.

I ran in these for the first time this morning. They are great! Well cushioned and reasonably supportive. The fit is perfect. Maybe Ill be ordering another one before I need to. As always, Zappos' service is excellent!

Before I got this running shoe, I was experiencing significant post-run knee pain. Within 10 days (8 running sessions) my knee pain my knee pain had subsided by about 80%.

Best fitting shoe and amazingly my size 14 4E fit perfectly, so good that I bought another pair and my wife did as well. Zappos cannot be beat for quality, price and service.

I am a competitive runner on a college team and I found this show to be the best running shoe I've ever worn. I used to wear the Asics Gel Nimbus shoes, but after 300 miles they would literally start to fall apart. These shoes are looking brand new (well, except for the dirt) after over 350 miles. Very well put together and comfortable. Highly recommended. (Also, they are fairly cheap.)

Having relatively narrow heels and a wide front foot, finding comfortable running shoes has always been a problem for me. From the moment I put my foot in these, I knew this was the most comfortable running shoe I have ever had. I sincerely hope ASICS keeps this model or the upgrades made true to size as they now have a client for life, if they do. I can also say these shoes are light and very comfortable for running with excellent stability and cushion. Thanks ASICS and Zappos!

This really was a great shoe. Had I not tried on the Nimbus as well I would have kept this shoe. The Nimbus seemed to have more gel for cushioning in my opinion. This shoe blew away the New Balance and Nike shoes I had previously worn.

This is my third pair of Asics and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a bigger guy (6'3"/225 lbs) and the cushioning is great while I'm on the treadmill at the gym. Also, I have a slightly wider than normal foot and the toe area is great! Overall, the shoe is very comfortable, it breathes, is very stylish and I highly recommend.
