I'm 47 years old and have just started exercising, which has included running. I have always gotten shin splints and have had plantar fasciitis in the past. I've been wearing these shoes for 3 months and have no pain whatsoever!

I have always been a fan of Asics running shoes, and I though I'd give these a try, as they were a great price. Well, most times, you get what you pay for. This is not an exception. The first time I put them on, the back crumpled, and they haven't been the same since. The toe box is smaller and tighter than any other Asics shoe I have owned (and I've owned many). They are not comfortable, and I would not recommend them. Wish I could send them back, but they've been worn...next time I will pay the price and get a better pair! But I still love Zappos!

Light weight but supportive. Good arch support for me. I was glad to get a color that did not have neon colors in it.

This is a stupid thing to announce but it is still exciting for me! Since dropping 103 pounds, I just ordered new Asics from Zappos and they just arrived today. I used to have to order them in a 2E (double wide) and I just tried on a regular wide. It is such an awesome feeling to lose weight in my feet! Baby steps, people, baby steps I found an awesome pair of running shoes to actually try to run in them (soon)!
I'd also recommend: Perfect for walking to lose weight!

These are great, I go up a half size for my insoles/orthotics. Buy two at a time. Gray is nice, hides dirt but looks better than black with shorts.
