This is a fantastic shoe comparable to the New Balance 574 in comfort and style, but much lighter. Although I have not run in them, I imagine they would work well. For me they serve well as an everyday shoe. I've received numerous compliments on the look of the shoe and I think they are extremely comfortable.
I'd also recommend: New Balance

A great upgrade to the 33 series. I loved the regular Gel-Blur 33 for general working out, but the TR's add a whole level of lateral stability. Basketball and football are easily tackled in this shoe along with running.
I'd also recommend: Asics

This is my second pair of Asics and these are just as good as the first. Just one note is that they do seem to run a bit slender but break in very well.

Great pair of shoes. I wanted something that fit multiple criteria. Understated yet different as well as comfortable and good for multiple activities and cross training. The asics blur 33 TR meet all of it. I've had these a month and they are perfect so far.

These shoes are well constructed and the sole provide great support. The grey part (mesh that hold the laces) felt like it was separate from the shoe. It is not a big problem because the shoe was design that way. Everything is normal in size. If you have wide feet, buy the wider version if they have it. This is my first time buying from this brand so I will inspect it further to see if I will purchase it again.
