I have been looking for a verstile hiking/riding shoe/boot. These are great!! The feel like a sneaker, but have the support of a good hiking boot. Can't wait to try them out--going riding this weekend!

#1 brand in my shoe closet - Ariat shoes give me the best fit and support, as well as great looks. I have several pair of their Sport Clogs that I slip into for many different occasions -- dress, work, or casual.

Best Shoe I've Had in YEARS! This is the ONLY pair of shoes I don't have to wear my custom orthotics (I have plantar fasciatis) with! I have a very difficult time finding shoes that will accomodate my inserts, so when I found this shoe, I was ecstatic! My feet don't hurt AT ALL when I wear this, and the real teller is the next day...I can still walk when I get out of bed...and not limp around. I bought another pair and have stashed them away for when these wear out. I also bought the Ariat insole inserts and am wearing those with my more dressy work shoes. So comfy! I recommend this brand to EVERYONE! Especially to those with foot problems!!

Treasure found - Finally I have found the most comfortable boot, I have foot problmes and usually have very sore arches when I get home from work,and I wear good sneakers. No I don't have any pain at the end of the day, great support and true fit, thank you for the super service.

Ariat Terrain - Ariat's have alway been a perfect fit for me and these were no exception. I maily wear them when riding my horse, but they are definitely suitable for all purpose wear--unmatched support and comfort all day long.

Great mucking boots - I've never actually worn these riding. (For some reason these ended up as my mucking boots.) They took a little while to break in, but now I love them!

Excellent - I love these shoes. They are so comfortable, I'm thinking of ording another pair in a different color. I have had foot problems in the past and these seem to be doing the trick in making my feet more comfortable. Plus i'm partial to Ariat shoes.

Ariat Terrain- These are the PERFECT boot for long trail rides, casual pleasure riding, or exercising your horse! I love, love, love them! The required no breaking in, they're not hot, and there's plenty of "wiggle" room in the toe box. Super comfy - highly recommended!
Brands I'd also recommend: Ariat for riding, Dansko and Birkenstock for casual wear.

Stand to be in all day- I have very sensitive feet and nerve points. My choices of foot wear are getting real slim. These boots were a real surprise. Found them at tractor supply, went camping and walked a lot and wearing them at work too. Just ordered another pair... different color.

Felt comfortable all day. I have Plantar Fasciitis and I have to wear inserts from the doctor and these boots have plenty of room for them. Without the inserts they would be too wide for my feet.

What a boot! Hallelujah! Took the "Ariat's Terrain" out of the box with great hopes...I have a difficult foot to fit and buying boots is a nightmare. Can't believe it! It's true to size and fits like a dream. I only wish I had tried the Ariat brand before now.

Wore them at work - I worked at a Dude Ranch in the children’s department. This required a lot of walking around the arena as well as riding. These boots were perfect! They did not make my feet hurt like my old paddock boots. Instead they were all day comfortable. Someone said they were warm? I wore them in 100+ degree temperatures and did not find that to be a problem.

Ariat Terrain boots rock! I have a horrible time finding comfortable light hiking boots. The Ariat Terrain fits the bill wonderfully! They are comfortable right out of the box, excellent support, good cushioning. I had no fatigue even after a full day of walking and standing. For some reason, I take a half-size smaller than my normal size in Ariat boots and shoes. Everyone else is saying they run true-to-size, but that's not the case for me. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, but in Ariat 8 fits me perfectly.

Perfect riding and hiking boot - I was very unsure of buying shoes on line as I have some foot problems. The Ariat Terrain is the most comfortable shoe I've tried. There's plenty of wiggle room in the toe area and I'm able to use an orthotic comfortably. I hike daily and also ride my horse with the Ariat Terrains. Great for both. A plus is that they are very attractive. I'll buy another pair.

Nice looking boot - I love the look of this boot. The size was correct. Since I have a low to flat arch, this was not right for me and I am disappointed because I believe that it would have been perfect other than the arch felt. So lightweight. Perfect for those high arches. Any out there for us low arch people with the same comfort?
