Boo. This boot does not have the 15.5" circumference it claims. It's not comfortable and has no arch support. It's handsome, but it's going back.

I love these boots! They fit perfectly and are really comfortable! And not to mention, they are so cute! They fit true to size- not too snug (even with socks on) and not too loose. They aren't as stiff as most boots either. Great for riding or just to wear with a cute outfit! I'm seriously thinking about getting them in black, too!

I love these boots! The only thing that bugs me a little is that they look a little wide but they don't feel like it. Regardless, I wear them all the time and get lots of compliments!

Okay, these boots are HOT! The detail on the side makes my calves look about half the size they really are. However, they are nearly impossible to zip up for me. I have other boots with the same "circumference" and they are not nearly this difficult to get on. Yes, I have athletic/riding calves, but I did not expect it to be such a production to even get them on. I know with wear this problem will go away. They make my legs look amazing and are comfortable, stylish, and warm so I won't be getting rid of them any time soon!

This boot is as beautiful in reality as on the screen, and definitely has quality construction. It is a little narrow in the calf for someone with athletic or more than skinny calves, but after a few days wear they loosened up a bit.

Gorgeous boot! I ordered four different boots to increase the odds I'd find one I like for my trip to Germany. This was the most sophisticated of all four. The detail is really beautiful. I owned Ariat's before and they lasted about 10 years, including through 7 months in Russia. Unfortunately, my rather ordinary sized calves were squeezed too tight on this boot. I tried to overcome it because I wanted them so much, but the boots left marks on my skin, so they are going back.

I am reviewing the brown in size 11. Well made gorgeous boots. The weave is not actually, well, a weave. It is embossed in the leather. It still looks sweet. The size 11 has a 17" calf circumference. I wouldn't consider that narrow calf but perhaps smaller sizes run smaller. As for the fit, they seem sturdy and comfortable. However, they run 1-1 1/2 large. I normally wear an 11 and I was swimming in these. I plan to go down to a 9 1/2.

I just received these boots today, and they are fabulous! Super comfortable and stylish...these are boots I'll be wearing for years to come. I am a true size 9 and ordered these in 9 and they fit slightly larger, but at the same time, perfectly. The circumference is big on me, but not to the point where they look sloppy or abnormal. Actually these are the best I've tried in terms of circumference, usually they are huge. Zappos is the absolute best hands down...there is no other retailer I'd rather patronize. The customer service is like none other! I am so happy with this purchase!

These boots are both comfortable and stylish. I would wear them everyday if I could. The fit like a dream. They were a bit snug the first time I wore them, but it only took a small amount of time before I even forgot I was wearing them. I know these will be in my closet for a long time

It seems like these would take a lot of breaking in to make them look good. They looked like rubber rain boots when I put them on. They're cute...for somebody else.

Sadly I will need to return these because my thick calves are to big to zip up the boot. I am a size 12-14...needing to get back to a 10, maybe an 8, before these boots would fit me. Very sad as I love the Ariat name and these are the only tall boots I saw.

These are beautiful, very well made boots; I wish I could keep them. I had been looking for boots to fit my smallish calves. Well, these are small, so small that they are too tight on my calf - which is such a shame because they are beautiful! I have to send them back.

This is a good boot and comfortable for casual walking, though without the usually strong Ariat "technology" in the footbed. Better arch support and fit across the instep would improve the fit. The shaft fits a 15 inch calf very well.

Great quality. I ordered a size 8.5 and I am usually a 7.5. They are just perfect. They do look a little big on my 5'4" body, but I swear they fit just right and I don't have big feet! The width around my calves is just right, but I have very thin legs, so this may not work for those athletic girls!

Most comfortable boots ever! Great quality! They can be dressy or casual with just the right amount of class. The heel is a little higher than I would prefer on a riding boot, but it still looks okay. I can wear these all day without a problem, even when walking a lot. I would recommend buying at least 1/2 size down, maybe even a whole size. I wear a size 8.5, bought an 8, and could probably wear the 7.5 just fine. The shaft is perfect for me, not too big, not too small. I'm 5'8 inch at 130lbs., and have approximately a 14 inch calf.
