This is an extremely comfortable boot. Unlike most western style boots, this boot needs very little breaking in, plus the padded footbed cushions every step. The heel is cut in nicely and is has a good height, not too short nor too high. After trying on a number of boots from $200 to 600, I found this one to be the most comfortable.

This is such a beautiful boot--sadly I didn't realize until it arrived that the sole wasn't leather! This pair would have been the keeper if it had been.

I love these boots. I collect cowboy boots and these are one of my new favorites. Plus dealing with Zappos makes shopping so much fun and takes out all the guessing should the boot stay or go.

I love these boots. They are super stylish and way comfy. I picked up a pair at our local western store yesterday and I am absolutely in love. I never knew western boots could feel so good. I have worn them non-stop. I liked them so much in the vintage caramel that I had to order the black from Zappos!

Finally got a chance to try these this past weekend and they were very comfy and cute. Haven't had a pair of true cowboy boots for a long time and these are both stylish and look to be a pair that will hold up for a long time. Funky like Frye's but not as expensive.

I LOVE these boots! They are even more beautiful in person. They are very comfortable and were from the first time I put them on. I have gotten lots of compliments on them and have recommended them to everyone I know! Get them! You'll love 'em!

Wonderful quality - perfect right out of the box. My daughter put them on and wore them all day, they were so comfortable. Could have (and would have) paid a lot more but I was advised by a friend who has owned them all to only look at the Ariats. Zappos was the perfect place for me to make this purchase, a really great place to do business with.

Great boots! I ordered both a 9 and an 8 1/2 - usually I wear a 9, but ended up sizing down in these. They are very comfortable. I've worn them walking around all day and never had a problem. The heel is fairly high, but stable. I like the rubber sole a lot - although it may not be good for dancing, it's much better in wet weather than my leather-soled boots, and much more stable. I'd definitely recommend these boots, and have already received a lot of compliments!

I got these boots in Black. They are so comfortable after only wearing them out a few times. The toe was a little tight at first, but now I don't notice it. They are better looking in real life than the picture and are true to size. Love them!

I have been a advocate against western boots for my entire life. However, I went to a local store and tried these on over the weekend...and purchased them in black. I think once broken in a bit they will be one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I'm already looking into alternate styles of Ariat's here on Zappos. I have officially been converted!

Ariat boots are fantastic for the cowgirl that is on her feet a lot! Super comfortable and no painful break-in period as I have experienced with other boots. I wear mine from the saddle to going out, really beautiful boots and well made!
