I work retail and am on my feet for 8 hours a day on a hard wood floor. If I don’t wear comfortable shoes, my feet are screaming by the end of the day. I have worn Danskos, but my sister told me to try Ariat and I’m glad she did. I can wear these all day and my feet don’t complain at all. I would definitely recommend them. As far as fit goes, they felt true to size. I will definitely make Ariat my brand of choice for attractive, comfortable shoes.

True to size; very good support and comfort if you’re on your feet all day. Little too tight against the top of my feet, may be for you as well if you have high arches.

I love this shoe! It is very comfortable while still being stylish. I rated comfort a 4 only because it takes a little while to break them in; they pinched a little bit at the top of the foot, but once broken in, they're very comfortable. I plan on buying them in black too!

Comfortable shoe however, very disappointed with the quality. The sides of the outer sole are black covered by a thin film of tan material. Walking across a gravel parking lot caused the tan layer to wear off in multiple spots on the sides of both shoes. I was only able to wear these for a couple months. Now they're too unsightly to be worn in public.

While these are very comfortable, they leak. You cannot wear these in the rain; your feet will get wet, I mean soaked. I just walked 6 feet from my car to my front door via the grass which was wet from rain and, no kidding, water came right through the seams I could not believe it; my feet/socks were completely wet. Stick with Danskos if you want your feet to stay dry; they are more durable.

Wow! These shoes are amazing! I am an art teacher and am on my feet all day. These shoes required no break-in time, and they are just what I've been looking for. They go with everything, have just enough lift to be flattering, and keep me from feeling fatigued at the end of the day. I'm over 6 feet tall and have a size 11 foot, so to find something that's so comfortable and fits so well is great. I am getting another pair next paycheck.

I have been a fan of Zappos for several years now. I recently purchased a pair of Ariat Dawson clogs through the site. I am happy with the product and with the way the website managed the transaction. I was able to find what I was shopping for fairly easily. The product views were accurate and really gave me a good sense of the quality I was purchasing. The only trouble I have with purchasing shoes online is that I did not know if the brand ran true to size or if they tended to run big or small. I wish I could have tried them on compared to a half size smaller. Ariats run true to size (FYI). Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I found the selection to be exceptional, the product arrived on time and in good condition. I even think I got a pretty good price on my clogs too as I live in a relatively small town, I would need to travel all the way to Seattle to find these shoes in my size. I like the freedom that a site like Zappos offers. I hope they can continue to offer good products at good prices.

These are the greatest shoe in every way! This is my 2nd pair of Ariats and I love them! I used to swear by Dansko shoes, but I actually like these better. They are super comfortable, and I like that they look a bit less bulky as Dansko shoes can be.

These would be amazing if I had bought a half a size smaller. I have twisted my ankle several times maybe because they don't fit tight enough. Not sure if the twisting of the ankle problem would still exist if they fit; just be aware. My feet are usually a little more on the narrow side of regular anyway. If I wear really thick socks I can seriously wear these all day long in complete comfort because the support on the inside is excellent.

I first purchased a size 7, but they were a little tight across the top of the foot. I called Zappos' excellent customer service and they helped me choose a size 8 for more width. The shoes are now extremely comfortable. Thanks for taking care of me again Zappos!

I love my Ariat Dawsons! I wear custom orthotics, so it is a challenge for me to find attractive and comfortable shoes that have removable insoles. I usually wear Keens, which are also excellent, but there's something about these Ariats that I particularly appreciate: they're warm! While wearing Ariats, your feet will not come in contact with the cold, moist ground. The heel is higher than Keen's and similar Dankso's (which they look similar to), but don't let that detract your attention away from their comfort; they are supportive and stable. They are perfect for work (I have the black pair) and weekends (look great with jeans). Finally, Zappos, once again, was excellent with their price and shipping. Sizing: I am wearing the same size that I wear in Keen's (8.5B), and I wear a 9.5B running shoe. (Dress shoe: 8.) Hope that helps!

They fit much looser than other size 11s that I have, even from Ariat. They have a defined and professional shape and the quality shows. They are platform-ish, though so walking on loose platforms is a "watch out". The ten was way too tight. They have already put in a lot of operating room stationary standing and hospital miles and still very nice. If they ever wear out, I will replace them with the same thing. They are more comfortable and supportive and breathable than similar Birkies, Danskos and Joseph Seibel.

Uncomfortable!!! For the price of these shoes, I don’t feel one should have to break them in, but that’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do for 2 weeks, and they’re STILL uncomfortable. Certainly, I’ve worn worse, but I really expected some level of comfort right out of the box. That said, they’re easy to walk in, but it’s the leather that’s so uncomfortable because it’s so stiff. If you have a high arch, these shoes are not for you.

These shoes are great!!! Took me a long time to find a shoe that was comfortable for the 10 hours my work shift demands me to stand!! I listened to a past review and ordered a half size larger and then had to send them for my true size which was a perfect fit!!!

Fantastic all-around comfortable, good-looking clog. Bought it in black. I have a high arch and these support it well. Beautiful leather upper and lining. Nice heel height--compatible with jeans, pants, or skirts (looks hot with black tights). As my foot is wide across the toe box, I would ordinarily choose a wide width, but these don't come in wide, so settled for a B width. So far-so good...no issues with "too tight." In summary, couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU Zappos for making my shopping experience so pleasant!
