I fell in love with these boots and I was so excited to find them on sale on Zappos! They are a great boot option for a shorter boot! They are also casual but still refined and stylish. They aren't as clunky looking as Frye's and I find that being a tall girl you have to be careful when you have a big foot because you don't want your shoes/boots to appear any bigger than they already are! These are so well made too! Amazing value! I normally wear a 10-10.5 and in Ariats I find that 10's still give me plenty of room...almost making you wonder if you should even go down half a size.
I'd also recommend: Tory Burch, Cole Haan

I bought these boots to supplement a pair of Ariat Jodhpur boots that are longtime favorites -- but, sadly, don't seem to be available anymore. Those boots were very reasonably priced, have lasted for years, and actually made my feet look smaller. The Bedford boots have a dressier, more versatile look. The removable belt detail gives style options that most boots don't. They were fairly comfortable right out of the box, although, compared to my shorter boots, the top edge hits my calf at a slightly awkward spot. They seem to be well made, and, at the sale price, a reasonable value. I appreciate the warnings that previous reviewers have made about how SLIPPERY these boots are. They are, indeed, very slippery. I've purchased some Sure-steps to improve the traction until the sole gets scuffed.

Love these boots! I took them out of the box today, put them on and went out the door! Super comfortable and great looking, too. I would highly recommend these. I have a pair of Ariat cowoboy boots so these will make a nice addition to my closet.
I'd also recommend: Old Gringo, Keen, Think!

Love this boot, love Ariat period. I've worn this boot all day out and about with no problems. When I first tried it on I thought it might be too tight across the toe area of my left foot but after walking around it loosened up and have had no problems. Cool styling, looks great with jeans, pants, dresses and skirts.
I'd also recommend: Clark,Noat

I love these boots. The leather is soft and the fit is excellent. I ride in Ariat boots and these are as comfortable as my riding boots, but more beautiful. The leather soles were a little slick to begin with, but are fine with some wear.
