I have had multiple foot surgeries and am in constant pain. Arcopedico Vegas is the only shoe that has given me relief. It's more comfortable to wear these than to go barefoot. They are supportive. I found the bronze leather to be softer than the black, but that's often usual in the dyeing process. Order at least 1/2 size larger. Great purchase.

I have never reviewed any of the great shoes I have ordered from Zappos or talked about their amazing service on their site. Shame on me. But this shoe really deserves it! I also read many reviews before making my decision, so I felt a responsibility to comment on this shoe. I took them out of the box, put on my feet and immediately felt amazed at the instant comfort. I broke my left ankle almost two years ago and have had trouble finding the right support in a shoe. Everything I own seems to let my foot move too much. I have been a fan of Merrell, Mephisto, Born, Beautifeel, Clarks Unstructured, and Dansko. But this is the most comfortable shoe I have worn in many years. I love how stable my foot feels, and I love the light weight of the shoe. If you are looking for a comfy shoe that can go to work, be worn with nice slacks or jeans, this is it. Please try it!

A perfect fit and style. Similar to a ballet shoe yet with more coverage and support. I purchased this shoe in brown last year, and it has worn beautifully. This is a comfortable, sensible, yet classy brand.

I love these shoes, the color, materials, weight, and construction. I could not wear them due to a very high instep. But these are terrific shoes!

These shoes are fabulous. I have been looking for dress flats in a color other than black in my size (11M). It's not easy because I can't wear pumps. But I love the ballet-slipper-like elastic. The shoes are very comfortable and I've received many compliments on them. They do run short, so don't be afraid to order the next size up.

I love this shoe. I was looking for a walking shoe to take to Paris. A shoe that didn't scream she must be a tourist in those ghastly white athletic shoes. A shoe that I could stroll down the Champs Elysee in and feel chic. This is it. It resembles a classic ballet flat. I pair it with black palazzo pants and it looks great. Also, have been stopped by many women my age (54) who are looking for a comfortable walking shoe but not one that screams 'old lady orthopedic'. Get this shoe now! You won't be sorry. Au Revoir!

I just got these shoes as I have to have a pair of orthotics made as I have been blessed with heel spurs. I tend to wear clogs or sandals - neither which allow me to wear orthotics...so I spent a lot of time on a shoe hunt. These seem like they are going to be comfortable and the fact that the insoles can be removed should help there be room for the orthotics. The fact that they have free shipping both ways allowed me to order two pairs (one of which I am returning as they seem too stiff)...

I have a very wide foot, and thought I'd try these, as well as the Shawna. I must say these are extremely comfortable shoes; the only problem was that the bone below the big toe at the end of the arch rubbed on the edge of the leather, and so for me they did not work. If you don't have wide feet, these are definitely worth a try- the leather is like butter, and it felt like wearing a supportive little slipper. For wide feet, try the Shawna- the one pair I'm keeping, and with both pairs, order a size up.

Yet another Arcopedico style that I love. I bought these in black. I\'ve had numerous foot surgeries and these are a dream to wear. I wear a size 8 and ordered a 39. They fit perfectly. You can stomp around in these all day long, look stylish, and your feet will feel great.

This shoe is both chic and comfortable. I was looking for something with a higher toe box (podiatrist’s orders), but I wanted fashionable, as well. I’ve received many compliments on these shoes, and a woman stopped me the other day to ask about the brand and place of purchase. I usually wear a 36, but needed a 37 in this style.

A soft, lightweight leather shoe. True to size. The B width is wide enough and the shoe is soft enough to be comfortable on a foot with a bunion. Beautiful with s skirt and leotard, with an anklet and slacks--or on a barefoot The shoes don\'t slip on quickly because of the crossing elastic straps which sometimes twist.

The Vegas is very comfortable and attractive. I love the ballet look and feel. It is cut like the Vitoria, but has more straps and therefore more support. It accommodates my orthotic so I can wear it all day. I wear these shoes with thin socks or with nothing on my feet. They work with pants, skirts, and dresses. I would like to see this style in more colors (tan, bone, gray, blue), but I am truly glad to have at least the black and brown.

These shoes are very attractive; the color is great, goes with everything, and the leather is very soft. But, I have minor bunions, and the low cut in the front rubbed uncomfortably. Otherwise, love them.

These ballet flats were so cute but didn't work for me because the top of the shoe hit me right on the bunion. If you don't have that problem, these are worth it. Otherwise very comfortable. I wear a 7 and the 38 fit perfect in length. They have to go back but Shawna works fine.

Nice shoe but for the price I expect it to fit perfectly. The sizing seems to be a little off, while it looks very pretty on, the left shoe is a tad loose on my heel and the right shoe\'s straps are a tad too tight.

I love the styling of this shoe, but the straps were just a bit tight across the highest part of my foot, and for that reason I have to send these back. The size length was just a tad, tad short of a size 8 when wearing a thicker footie (Smartwool), but just right with a lighter footie liner.

I bought these shoes because I have many foot problems, and these were finally a departure from ugly orthopedic looking shoes. Very stylish; they were wide enough and long enough at first. I wore them for several months and suddenly they were too small. Whether the elastic pulled the leather up, changing the shape, or the elastic became too loose, I don't know, but I now have bruised and bloodied toes. It's a beautiful shoe and I'm sorry this has happened, so I can't really recommend it.
