For Foot Comfort! This shoe has super-comfy, soft leather with a roomy toe-box, perfect for those with bunions or other foot problems. I spent an entire day walking around the city in these yesterday - and no tired feet! I hesitated taking them off, so I guess the support is very good! They look cuter on (than in the photo). It has a little elastic twisty thing on top so you can tighten or loosen the fit on your instep.

Great Shoe - I ordered a 38 even though Zappos says that is a 7-71/2. I normally wear an 8 but knew a 38 European size would work and it fits perfectly. Very soft leather shoe and very comfortable.

Arcopedico New Queen II - While this isn't "fashion" shoe, it's fantastically comfortable for walking, standing, or all-day wear. I own this style in four different colors and it's my go-to shoe for traveling. At the end of a day of sightseeing I usually still don't want to take them off! Roomy in the toe area, great support, yet soft. I find it true to European size -- I'm always a 38 (American size 7)and this is right on target.

Almost -instant gratification - I received the pair of shoes I ordered--a replacement of a much-loved and much-worn pair I had ordered some years ago from Zappos--even earlier than the automated notification had indicated. The shade of color is slightly different (lighter) but I am extremely happy with this purchase and will certainly order from Zappos again.

Love this shoe - Already own four pairs of Arcopedico shoes, and was looking for something in brown. These are perfect. I have foot problems and this is the only brand I can wear with comfort. The leather is kid glove soft, and the style is very attractive. I also want to commend your company for the speedy filling and shipping of my order. Unbelievably fast!! Thank you.

Great casual flat - New Queen II is an exceptionally comfortable casual flat. The leather truly is glove leather and the shoe is finished so well that it is very comfortable to wear without socks. (In fact, I had trouble trying them on with lightweight socks - they bunched up under the ball of my foot.) The shoe is also great looking - my mother is thinking of getting a pair because she likes the look and feel of them. I hope Arcopedico does more with leather shoes. I'd try them in a heartbeat. Thanks Zappos for carrying brands I have never heard of. I have found some amazingly comfortable shoes just by taking a chance on an unknown.

Comfy shoes - These shoes are so comfortable and the leather is so soft and lightweight. Unfortunately for me - they were too large and Zappos does not have the smaller size, so I had to return them. I'll keep checking for my size.

Great Shoe - I have horrific back issues and am always looking for a fashion forward casual shoe. After seeing this in a catalog, I immediately came to Zappos and ordered the brown LAST EVENING AND GOT IT TODAY!! Love the comfort (sooo soft) and the style. I have wide toes and narrow heels...fit great. Just ordered another color.

Enthusiastically recommended - I have NO arch, a high instep (go figure), and bony feet. So, after a few hours of walking, my feet always hurt somewhere, and they're getting worse as I get older. I bought a pair of Queen II's for a 3-week trip in Europe, wore them almost constantly, and put lots of mileage on them. My feet NEVER hurt, and that made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The shoes stood up well, too: they still look good, and the rubber soles hardly show any wear. I wore the shoes in the rain, and they didn't lose their shape; also, the tread has good traction on wet, slippery pavements. One word of warning: because they're so soft, the shoes give no protection against bumps and bruises if you trip over something. I liked the adjustable toggle, but it tends to loosen after a while -- but it's easy to tighten again. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone with "problem" feet.

The shoe looks great - but it felt a little smaller than it should. In particular, my toes were kind of cramped. The shoe is also not as comfortable as I had expected.

Very forgiving shoe - This shoe will fit almost ANY foot because of their adjustment pull cord on the top. And the leather is so soft that it conforms to your foot. There could be some arch support for my liking. My foot is wide and it works pretty well.

Picky wider foot - Loved these shoes the minute I saw them on my bf who overpaid for them locally. Had to stretch the L arch area to fit.

My favorite shoes - I bought two pairs of these (brown and black) for a trip to Europe this fall. I wore them non-stop, right out of the box, with no socks. They were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I walked between 5 and 10 miles a day in these shoes without problem. They are also very quiet, and have excellent traction on cobblestones and uneven pavement. My only problem was with the black pair. The elastic cord recently broke. Zappos came to my rescue and overnighter me a replacement pair! I am a VERY happy customer, and a very big fan of these shoes. By the way, now that it's cold, I do wear them with a thin sock.
Brands I'd also recommend: The same shoe in every color!

Ooh - comfy! I wore this shoe for the first time today and found it quite comfortable. There was room for my orthotics and the leather is very soft. I will probably buy another pair in a different color.

Trip perfect! I recently wore these shoes on an active trip through Egypt. They remained comfortable throughout the day and looked as good when I came home as they did the day I left. I intend to get these in other colors.

Great comfort - I have troublesome feet that complain about most of the shoes I wear, but my feet are completely happy in this pair of Arcopedicos. I can wear them all day long, several days in a row without sore arches or tired legs.

Very comfortable shoe. Fits true to size, for me at least. The leather is very soft and light so it is not a very warm shoe (need to wear thick socks if in a cold climate). Seems well made and like they will wear well over time. They feel like your wearing slippers, even after being on feet/walking all day. PS - Zappos customer service is consistently excellent.
