I am very pleased with this shoe. I have also bought a pair for my 98 year old mother. They fit her foot well, are not slippery, and she can get in and out of them very easily. For myself, I am also very pleased.
Brands I'd also recommend: Merrell, some Dansko, beautifeel

Most comfortable shoes I own. I have nerve damage in the ball of my foot and these are the only shoes I can wear without pain.

I have osteoarthritis, giving me bunion like lumps on the top of my foot, that makes finding a fitting shoe difficult. The soft texture of Arcopedico Light gives a snug, painless fit and keeps my feet warm. It is as light as if wearing socks, but gives great sole support!

I bought this shoe in preparation for a trip to Cambodia in late December. I wanted something cool but with a little bit of support. I noticed that some reviewers said it ran a size smaller, so I ordered one smaller size, hoping they were right. And they were! If you wear a 38, order a 37, etc. The length was perfect. The fabric is much softer than it looked -- it shows your toes if your nails are too long! But it's super comfortable.

I ordered these shoes just before a trip back to Europe and they arrived the night before I left -- fortunately, they fit. I had bought these first in Austria some years ago and wore them until the cork inside sole wore out -- used them for a couple of years as beach shoes and shuffled through the salt water with them. Washed them in the machine a couple of times in a bag and came out good as new. I can't live without these good-for-everything shoes, and the knitted mesh molds to your feet. I think Arcopedico deserves compliments for making such great shoes that last for years and are so comfortable. Please note it is best to order a size smaller than your normal shoe size (my normal size is Europ. size 38 and in these, I order a 37).
Brands I'd also recommend: Aerosoles, Riekker, Arche (although they are far too expensive now)

The best summer shoes, next to sandals. It's hot out, you've been working in the garden all day in those funny rubber shoes with the holes. You take shower and discover that you would have to soak your feet in God knows what for a very long time to get them looking clean, and your last pedicure is totally shot. Holy cow, you've got less then a half hour to get dressed for a dinner date. what to do? Open-toed shoes are out of the question. Your regular closed shoes are way too hot, and feel tight and confining after a day on your feet. Ta Da! Arcopedico Light are just right. These shoes are casual enough for dinner at the seafood barge in shorts, and dressy enough for your silk slacks and flowing top or something ever much fancier! And, after working on your feet all day, they are so soothing and foot pampering. Thank you Zappos for your easy to navigate website, you unbelievable range and choices, and your great service. And thank you, Arcopedico, for my happy feet. Please note, I originally ordered my normal size (in the European numbering system) but found that the shoes were too loose. I exchanged them for the next size down. Easy peasy at Zappos. No return shipping costs, no fuss, no muss, and my new pair arrived almost immediately.

These shoes are wonderful and comfortable. The stretch uppers help ease the pain from my bunions and hammertoes and the dark color looks good. I tried a light beige color (same shoe) but i returned them because you could see the lumps and bumps of my bunions and hammertoes which made the deformity of my foot more noticeable. I love Zappos. They make shopping so easy for their customers. I shop from the comfort of my home, place an order online and the next day the shoes are on my doorstep. The free shipping for returns is a great policy.

Decided when opening the box that this shoe was not for me...until I put it on. It's a perfect fit, lightweight and I am now ordering the other colors I didn't get the first time. With both knees replaced I have a hard time finding any shoe that makes walking easier, this one does!

These shoes are wonderful. Extremely comfortable. They do not compress your foot so if you have bunions of any size, they adjust. I have had four pairs of these shoes in different colors and finally ordered in black to wear with pants. I will continue to wear them out and order again and again. They also offer good arch support especially if you have high arches and tend to supinate.

I recently had four foot surgeries and after 3 months in a surgical boot, I offered this shoe to the doctor as a good alternative, and he agreed. I bought it in two sizes, one to accommodate all the bandaging, and the smaller as I progressed to less. So comfortable! And the dark colors work for dressier occasions even. Three friends have bought them after seeing mine -- folks with and without foot problems. I now have them in four colors.
Brands I'd also recommend: Merrell\'s are the only other shoe I can wear right now but they don\'t stretch

A very comfortable, yet stylish shoe. The top knit/mesh material is very unique, but it gives comfort and a breathable aspect to it, which I appreciate during summer and fall, but it would be nice to also find a shoe with this look that\'s more insulated for winter.

I have been wearing this shoe for several years. I did not like the regular slipper, but this Arcopedico Light is wonderful. Now when I order them, I always order 2 pair of the tan/beige color since they go with everything. The dark blue look great with jeans. I only wish I could find more of the grey... I double up on that color, too. I was excited to learn they can be washed and let air dry... works, too.

These shoes are really comfortable. Nice fit around the top of your foot so you are not stressing your feet to keep the shoe from slipping. They really feel like house shoes, but I wear them to work and on errands. I have not seen another pair like them so far! That’s the best part about it for me!!!

Arcopedico Light Slip-on Shoe - These shoes are wonderful! I just received my second pair today, so I now have the olive and the navy. I have been having problems with my left leg/foot swelling and have not been able to wear most of my "regular" shoes as when my leg is wrapped to get the swelling to go down my foot will not even fit into my slippers! When I got my first pair of these I could have kissed the person who came up with this design! The shoe fits very nicely on my right foot (which isn't swollen) and just as well on my left swollen one!! What a joy!!! They have a wonderful sole that is not slippery and the shoe is "light" as it states! NICE JOB!!!!!
