I liked the material these boots were made of especially because they are "vegan" and nice to look at. The biggest letdowns were that they just barely fit around my calves. There is also not a lot of cushioning these boots. This pair would not be a warm and cozy type of boot, more of just a fashion statement for people with toothpick legs!

These boots are amazing. They feel really light on your feet and are great for anyone with skinny calves. The material of the boot is reality is no way near as shiny as it looks in the picture. Finally, a boot that looks good and feels good too. Also, I am a teacher and stand on my feet all day - these boots feel great even after a long day's work and there was no "wear-in" period. I couldn't recommend them more!

Love these boots. They are probably the most comfortable boot I have owned. They may not be the very best for really, really cold weather, but they're great for most winter days and getting around town in. Oh and they look great too.

I love these boots. They work well because I have small calves. The strings are pretty long, but you are able to hide them inside the boot. The detail on the back is very cute. The heel isn't too high to notice and they are comfortable enough to wear all day. I've received a lot of compliments each time I wear them.

Being a vegan who loves boots I'm always on the lookout for a great find, and this boots fits the bill! These boots look just like grain leather on, no one would ever know they're not. They are like wearing moccasins, very comfortable with lots of flexibility in the ankle area. They are supposed to be very light weight by design, but I feel they are very well made and will hold up to wear. They look great with skirts, shorts, leggings. Not made for tucking pants in but, if you love a wedge/moccasin looking boot like I do, you'll love these boots. To wear them is to love them. (Only wish to add to list, it would be nice if the toe box were a bit chunkier, and the sole too, but that all adds to the flexibility of the boot so it's all good.) Love the lace up back too as you can adjust the calf size. I do recommend ordering up a full size in these boots. Enjoy!
Brands I'd also recommend: Hunter rain/garden boots, and jambu vegan colorado boot

These boots are great! I first ordered them in a 39 but found they were a little too tight around the heel portion but the size 40 was perfect. They could be considered a little tight around the calf but it's solved by loosening the laces in the back. They are super soft and light - great for someone who has a bunion! I can wear them all day and feel like I'm wearing slippers.

I could not be happier with these boots. I received them about three weeks ago and I have worn them everyday since. They are perfect with skinny jeans and skirts. They are comfortable to wear all day; I have received unending complements from everyone who has seen them. I am extremely picky when spending money, but the quality is amazing and I would buy these again in an instant.

I have had these boots for several months and I love them! I was looking for a versatile, stylish, vegan boot. I thought these were a little expensive, but I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! They are well worth the investment. Some of the great features I love: They are lightweight. They are comfortable. (FYI, I have narrow heels and plantar fasciitis that affects my arches.) The calf size is adjustable using the back laces, so you can get a good fit depending on your leg size or sock thickness, or if you wear them over pants. They are cute. (I get many compliments on them!) They can be machine washed! The only slightly disappointing thing is that they are not very water-resistant. They are okay in very light rain, but don't expect them to stay dry in a downpour. (I bought some super cute rain boots on Zappos for those days!)

These shoes really do feel like bedroom shoes but they look way cooler. I love the lace up backs. The color is fabulous as well. Best of all they are a stylish alternative to leather.

I read the other reviews before buying and was really surprised when I received these boots. I thought they felt very, very flimsy for the price. The uppers are a very soft, almost fabric-like material. They were comfy but I felt like they would be ruined if you scuffed them or got caught in a storm. I expect something more substantial for the price of these boots. Also, in case you are wondering, these are a faux suede, not a faux leather, which is what I expected but it is hard to tell from the photos.

These are the best looking VEGAN boots I've ever seen or worn. They are also comfortable and light as a feather. I found that they hug the calf pretty closely. You can wear them next to your skin, over tights or jeggins (I put them on over Citizens of Humanity Avedon skinny jeans) but not over straight leg jeans. There's no room to tuck anything in. Because they are so soft and streamlined you can sit with your legs crossed very comfortably. I wish, though, that the boots were a little taller as they only come 3/4 up the calf. Also, they contain a prominent arch support which feels like a ridge in the sole of the shoe. Since most other boots I've owned have had no support this is new to me and not necessarily a bad thing. Overall, these boots offer a stylish, cruelty-free alternative to conventional leather boots.

I wanted to love these boots! Great color, great look, nice adjustable laces, fit nicely over my bunions. However, just as I was going to wear them out of the house for the first time, I noticed a lot of squeaking and creaking from the sole. I thought it had to do with the fact that I'd removed the insoles and replaced them with my orthotics, so I tried keeping the insole in. They still squeaked. I love how they look but I know that squeaking would drive me insane after a while (as it had with much cheaper Aerosoles I've bought in the past). When you're spending this much on a boot, that just shouldn't be an issue.

The thing I love most about this boot are: how lightweight it is, the fact that you can lace the boot to fit your leg shape, and the flexible sole. However, it is a little less cushiony than I had hoped, with little arch support. I probably wouldn't walk miles in it, but it is still my favorite boot this year. If you want to wear socks, get a larger size. These almost feel like moccasins.

I wish I would have listened to that one review that said these boots were smaller than marked. They are smaller and more narrow than marked. The arch support is strange in that it feels like your stepping on a mound. They are also small around the calves even though they have string lace ups. The stretchy material contracts too much so the loosening the laces do little good. They look nice, but I was disappointed and will send them back and never buy shoes from this company b/c their size goes up to 11/11.5, but feel like a 10.

I have always said that it's impossible to find shoes that are (1) comfortable, (2) attractive, and (3) vegetarian. Normally I have to sacrifice at least one of these three requirements. These boots have proven me wrong! They look great! The material looks like suede. The laces in the back make it possible to adjust them to fit your calf. I get tons of compliments on them. They are super comfortable -- I have walked around quite a bit in them, with no blisters, hot spots, or any other discomfort. (And believe me, it is difficult for me to find comfortable shoes that are not running shoes.) And best of all, they are vegetarian! I hesitated to buy these for the longest time because of the price. I'm so glad I did -- they are worth every penny and more. I normally take a size 8 in boots -- that fits comfortably even with thick socks. Zappos did not have a 38 (7.5-8), so I ordered a 39 (8.5-9). The 39 fits perfectly -- so glad I went with this size.

I love these. Comfortable, beautiful, and vegan. Worth the price. I get complements all the time and walk in them for miles without any problems. The arch support helps with that.
