The metallic with the fabulous design on the front is gorgeous. I feel unique in this shoe, in that I would dare to wear a flat for dress, with which I could wear black or brown. Prepare to be complimented for daring to be different.

These are very cute and comfortable but the leather scratches very easily. I got lots of marks and I am careful with my shoes. I was able to purchase some metallic shoe polish which helped in covering that up but I found this disappointing for such expensive shoes.

While these are really snappy-looking, comfort gets low marks, compared to other ARAs I've owned. They're extremely rigid shoes, and if you wear them barefoot, the black lining material turns your feet black!
Brands I'd also recommend: Munro, Sofft

I agree with Anonymous from Philadelphia. I found these good looking shoes really rigid just trying them on for a minute. I can imagine if I wore them to an event my feet would be miserable. I have two pairs of Ara boots that are comfortable (although they're not leather), so I was hoping the shoes would be more foot friendly. Too bad - they're going back in the box.
Brands I'd also recommend: Ecco, David Tate, Munro, Oh!, Tsubo
