Overall:

Wore these shoes for the first time today and just loved them. They're soft as butter and give your foot great support. I usually wear a 9.5 wide, but ordered the 10 medium and they were perfect. I will check out other shoes by Ara Reggio.

Although I am not a fan of the patent look, this shoe is really lovely and most comfortable. It was a bit snug out of the box, but quickly molded to my foot. I walk a lot and have bad knees, so I need a stylish, professional, comfortable, and supportive shoe to wear on the concrete floors at work. This shoe fits the bill.

An overall great shoe! Equally at home with nicer pants or jeans. The fit seems to be pretty true to size; however, the shoe is not as "cushy" as I thought it would be based on reading other reviews.

I have only worn the shoes a couple of times but they were comfortable - don\'t need much break in. I got the basic black and they work with the outfits I had in mind. I would purchase them again.

These boots are fabulous, and are great all winter long. They are smart looking for work or play, amazingly comfortable with a nice medium heel. You can wear stockings or thin socks and they keep you dry in inclement weather and your feet do not sweat indoors as they are not lined with fur. True to size, I loved them in brown, bought them in black and my friend thanked me profusely for recommending them to her. Worth every penny!

These are great shoes. Very good looking and very comfortable. They have just the right support and just the right amount of heel. I ordered them in the mocha color and it is a nice dark brown color. I am very hard on shoes so these embossed patent leather shoes are great since they do not scuff and can be wiped clean easily. Thanks for offering these, Zappos!

These shoes are perfect for retail sales people who are working the floor for 12 hours or more a day. Your orthotics can fit into these shoes perfectly. They are good-looking with pantsuits or jeans. If these shoes were made in more colors, I would buy them. The price is worth every penny. They are squeaky, but who cares when they are this comfortable.

I had been looking for a shoe similar to this one for a long time, maybe even three years. When I finally saw this one, the price made me think twice, okay maybe even six times, but I bought them. And I do not regret it. They are beautiful! Plus I love the look on people's faces when they see them, and wonder why a 27-year-old girl is wearing them. These are unique, like my personality. So actually I hope you don't buy them, unless you live far from me in Michigan, then go ahead.

This sandal is very cute. The footbed is comfortable and the length is true to size. However, I wasn\'t able to adjust the strap tightly enough to keep them on my feet when I walked. It may be that my arch is too high for this particular style, or my foot too narrow. Anyway, I would certainly try a slingback version of this sandal, it might be a better fit for me.

I am very pleased with this shoe. It is quality, and it is true to size and width. I ordered a 10M. I have to order a little large on all shoes in order to accommodate some kind of extra arch support or orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot. (In this shoe I used the Spenco Arch Cushion Insoles, 3/4 length, from Footsmart.) I am always looking for a shoe that comes up on the top of the foot as much as possible. This helps the heel from slipping. I order most of my shoes on-line, and you can't beat Zappos free shipping both ways. They arrived 2 days after I ordered them.

These shoes are fantastically comfortable, with a cushiony removable pad inside. I think they're also totally cute, though someone did tell me I looked like Minnie Mouse in them! Expensive but worth it if you need a super-comfortable heel to go with skirts or pants.

I wear a size 10.5 and for all you ladies out there who are the same, you know my pain. It is nearly impossible to find a 10.5 in any store. I'd been looking for a versatile, comfortable pair of loafers for months and finally gave up on finding any in local stores. Since I've had success with a pair of boots from Zappos a couple of years ago I decided to try them again. These shoes are beautiful and more importantly comfortable. It is truly a 10.5, the fit is perfect. They don't slip off my heel when I walk nor do they pinch my toes. I have a totally flat foot, so it is hard to fit.

Ordering Ara Passau shoes was a breeze and they arrived quickly. BUT---although they are described as "black" on this site and although it even said "schwarz" (meaning "black") on the box, the suede uppers are actually brown. \r\n\r\nI decided to keep them in the end after talking to someone at Zappo\'s who said they couldn\'t explain the discrepancy. However, the manufacturer and any future buyers of this shoe should know that their label and description are wrong.

I am a big fan of ARA and when I saw this shoe I knew it was something I could use. Best of all, it is the ARA Gore-Tex line. This shoe is not gorgeous, but it is practical and good looking. Like all ARA shoes, it is very comfortable right out of the gate. I love them!

I love Zappos! I could not find the Ara shoes I wanted in any local shoe store. Then I decided to look on line and found the exact shoe I wanted at a much lower price from Zappos. Runs narrow. I really wanted to love this boot, but it was just a bit too narrow in the toe area, and I have an average width foot. Otherwise, it is a sharp looking boot.

I wear these to work with pantsuits, they are very attractive shoes. They are extremely comfortable. The only problem I had with them is that the sides touched my ankle bone so I put a little padding in the heel and they were fine. Love these shoes. Expensive, but worth the price. I am on my feet all night at work.

I needed to order a half size up because of the lip that runs around the back of the shoe. In my regular size (8 1/5), my heel was sitting on top of the ridge which was very uncomfortable. In the 9, my heel fits just about inside the ridge and I\'m sure that as the shoe stretches it will be fine. Leather is very soft and shoe is well made--looks very nice with pats.
