These are great shoes. Very good looking and very comfortable. They have just the right support and just the right amount of heel. I ordered them in the mocha color and it is a nice dark brown color. I am very hard on shoes so these embossed patent leather shoes are great since they do not scuff and can be wiped clean easily. Thanks for offering these, Zappos!

These shoes are perfect for retail sales people who are working the floor for 12 hours or more a day. Your orthotics can fit into these shoes perfectly. They are good-looking with pantsuits or jeans. If these shoes were made in more colors, I would buy them. The price is worth every penny. They are squeaky, but who cares when they are this comfortable.

I had been looking for a shoe similar to this one for a long time, maybe even three years. When I finally saw this one, the price made me think twice, okay maybe even six times, but I bought them. And I do not regret it. They are beautiful! Plus I love the look on people's faces when they see them, and wonder why a 27-year-old girl is wearing them. These are unique, like my personality. So actually I hope you don't buy them, unless you live far from me in Michigan, then go ahead.

This sandal is very cute. The footbed is comfortable and the length is true to size. However, I wasn\'t able to adjust the strap tightly enough to keep them on my feet when I walked. It may be that my arch is too high for this particular style, or my foot too narrow. Anyway, I would certainly try a slingback version of this sandal, it might be a better fit for me.

I am very pleased with this shoe. It is quality, and it is true to size and width. I ordered a 10M. I have to order a little large on all shoes in order to accommodate some kind of extra arch support or orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot. (In this shoe I used the Spenco Arch Cushion Insoles, 3/4 length, from Footsmart.) I am always looking for a shoe that comes up on the top of the foot as much as possible. This helps the heel from slipping. I order most of my shoes on-line, and you can't beat Zappos free shipping both ways. They arrived 2 days after I ordered them.

These shoes are fantastically comfortable, with a cushiony removable pad inside. I think they're also totally cute, though someone did tell me I looked like Minnie Mouse in them! Expensive but worth it if you need a super-comfortable heel to go with skirts or pants.

I wear a size 10.5 and for all you ladies out there who are the same, you know my pain. It is nearly impossible to find a 10.5 in any store. I'd been looking for a versatile, comfortable pair of loafers for months and finally gave up on finding any in local stores. Since I've had success with a pair of boots from Zappos a couple of years ago I decided to try them again. These shoes are beautiful and more importantly comfortable. It is truly a 10.5, the fit is perfect. They don't slip off my heel when I walk nor do they pinch my toes. I have a totally flat foot, so it is hard to fit.

I am a big fan of ARA and when I saw this shoe I knew it was something I could use. Best of all, it is the ARA Gore-Tex line. This shoe is not gorgeous, but it is practical and good looking. Like all ARA shoes, it is very comfortable right out of the gate. I love them!

Runs narrow. I really wanted to love this boot, but it was just a bit too narrow in the toe area, and I have an average width foot. Otherwise, it is a sharp looking boot.

I wear these to work with pantsuits, they are very attractive shoes. They are extremely comfortable. The only problem I had with them is that the sides touched my ankle bone so I put a little padding in the heel and they were fine. Love these shoes. Expensive, but worth the price. I am on my feet all night at work.

I needed to order a half size up because of the lip that runs around the back of the shoe. In my regular size (8 1/5), my heel was sitting on top of the ridge which was very uncomfortable. In the 9, my heel fits just about inside the ridge and I\'m sure that as the shoe stretches it will be fine. Leather is very soft and shoe is well made--looks very nice with pats.

These shoes fit larger than marked. The 7.5 was almost half an inch too long. Disappointingly, they are not woven leather (which I probably should have realized from the "cutouts" in the description). The crosshatch pattern is merely on the shoe surface on and would doubtless be covered when the shoes need polish. Too bad.

Quite simply the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I have multiple issues with my feet and can walk all day in these (even on brick sidewalks and cobblestone). I've already ordered a second pair because I know I will wear them out!

For summer, I needed a pair of low heel white pumps...something stylish but didn't blare "white." In terms of style, these shoes absolutely fit the bill. The cut outs provide a visual interest, the squared off toes make my feet look smaller, and the heel is just the right height. The shoe is quite well made with fairly soft leather and very comfortable. (Not as comfy as my old Merrells, of course, but pretty good for a pump) I am very happy with this shoe.

The best shoe ever. Excellent quality and value. It can be dressed up or down. It's unbelievably comfortable. (I walked on the cobblestoned streets of Paris for two weeks and my feet never hurt!) I've worn out more than one pair because they are always on my feet. I echo the sentiment that it would be great if it came in more colors. I have them in every color I could get in my size. Also, some people like and need that generous cut that come up high on the foot. My feet look small and slim in this shoe!

I purchased this item based on the description and look; however, I am very disappointed with the feel and will be returning it. There is absolutely no padding in the footbed and no arch support. You can actually feel the ground surface hardness when you walk. The leather is thin and inflexible with the feel of stiff cardboard. The lip around the back of the heel is raised and is irritating with every step. Not recommended for women with low or high arches.
