I wore these shoes the day I got them for 10 hours- on a plane and then walking all round NYC and they were absolutely comfortable from the start. I like that they are water resistant but also are very stylish. I have worn Aquatalias for many years and they never disappoint. They are comfortable as a sneaker but are sleek. Looking forward to seeing new styles all the time. Sizing was exactly what I usually take.

Awesome! These are my second pair of Aquitalia shoes. Usually I can’t wear wedge shoes for more than a couple hours - these lasted through a whole work day and the metro ride home. The patent is a little snug, but stretches a bit to your foot after a bit. A little pricey - but worth it for the comfort. Give them a try!

I bought the orange Wylies and I absolutely love them. I usually wear 9.5 size shoes, but I was worried that they wouldn't fit on my larger calves so I bought 10s. They fit perfectly and they're shiny and clean and gorgeous. The only thing is that when you start wearing them they start showing lines where the shoe bends as you walk. So be careful kneeling to pick anything up because you'll get those lines instantly above the toes. So I guess this makes them appear aged. But they are great in rain and they keep your feet warm, but I think they'll be too hot to wear during summer rain; however, they'll be perfect for autumn. Every time I wear them people ask me about them. They're a really nice fashionable pair of rain boots.

Fantastic Boots - Love these boots and color, in fact, I enjoyed my first pair so much that, that I went out and purchased several in different colors, this is fourth pair, just because they are so comfy and stylish all at the same time. If the weather is cool or rainy I wear them and my feet are happy. They are just fabulous and I’m happy with them, I purchased a ½ size up because they run a bit narrow but the ½ size fixed that issue for me. These are nice for walking-around boots as well.

AWESOME! :) I purchased these as I was looking for a 2" snake which has been quite unexpectedly HARD to find. Why don't shoe makers make more 2" comfortable heels???? The women of this world are really wondering! Anyway, these did NOT disappoint! Very comfy, LOVE LOVE LOVE the look!!! Snug at first, stretched out great by the 2nd full day of wear. PERFECT heel height and nice soft quiet sole. TWO THUMBS UP!! Please come out with more colors, styles with this heel height, quality & edgy appeal! :)

Aquatalia rocks!!! This is my second pair of boots from this brand. I have bad chronic case of plantar fasciitis and in need of constant insoles for my shoes. Aquatalia actually allows me to wear its boots without them! The support, comfort, and style in one – that’s rare. The quality of shoes is very high. My first pair of boots is now over 3 years old and it looks brand new. I strongly recommend footwear by Aquatalia. They are on a pricey side, but trust me – it’s worth it 100 times over!

Fashion Forward & Waterproof - I was looking for a pair of waterproof yet fashionable shoes for a recent trip to Paris and lit on these. They are a little on the narrow side but with a pair of thinner socks they worked out just fine for me. I ordered half a size up just b/c and it turned out to be the right decision. They wouldn't have fit if I'd ordered my size. If you wear a "wide" size, these probably won't work. I've walked around a fair bit in them and they do indeed keep your feet dry. They took very little breaking in. Thumbs up.

Leather stiff, probably would break in - I really like the style, but wish the leather were softer. Would probably need to wear a lot. I returned them because the arch did not fit my foot correctly.

Nice sandal - I love Aquatalia shoes and sandals, and this one won't let you down if you like the brand. It is stylish Roman looking sandal. The snake skin look is great. The suede footbed is very comfortable, wicks away moisture, and your foot doesn't slip. It has a good arch support. I wear a 6.5 in sandals. I ordered both the 6.5 and 7, but kept the 6.5 and returned the 7 (thanks Zappos!!). So, I'd say it's true to size for whatever size sandal you wear. The brown leather is a nice neutral brown and I think will accessorize any outfit. This sandal will look good with either shorts or skirt. Thanks Zappos for making shoe shopping a pleasant experience!!!

The perfect travel shoe - I wore these shoes while sight-seeing in Washington, DC last weekend and they were comfortable the entire time. They stood up well to three days of intensive walking. They do fit a bit snug, but the only time I found it to be a problem was while flying (trying to put them back on after a long flight). I'm glad I found Aquatalia... they're pricey but so worth it!

Perfect comfy shoes - These shoes fit my size 7, slightly narrow, foot right out of the box. No break-in, no rubbing. I used them with a light sock to go thru the airport and then removed the socks once I got to Florida. A stylish upgrade from most rubber soled shoes. They are a little too warm to wear in hot weather (unless it is raining) because of the cushy lining.

Service 5 Star all the way! I had been looking for a classic Black suede boot with a heel that looked elegant. I had not found that boot anywhere until I went to Zappos and did a search on exactly the type of boot I wanted. I placed the order and the next morning the order arrived. I had been told I would get next day service as an upgrade but was very surprised to receive that quickly. The boots are very comfortable and fit to a tee. What I did like a lot about the boot is it is Waterproof and has a nice sole so you do not have to worry about the boot getting worn looking from too much weather, rain, etc. I do recommend this boot for women that have a smaller calf. The boots sipper up on the inside very nicely. The ordered a size 8M which fits true to size for me. Very comfortable where the ball of my foot sits in the boot and very nice lining in the boot. Boot is made in Italy and excellent workmanship!!! The customer service help was excellent and very accommodating to my needs.

Still the best - with reservations - Finally replaced my decade-old all-weather Aquatalia's with this shoe. A big investment for me. A couple of drawbacks... The fit is VERY snug. You must wear thin socks. So, in a quite cold climate, your feet will be cold. And if you are an impatient shoes-on-and-off person, you may be impatient with these. You must wiggle a bit to get them on, since the instep is quite high. In my opinion, they do not pass the ultimate test...Can you walk about all day long in Manhattan. I did, and my left little toe was uncomfortably rubbed. So, I would say the shoe is an elegant, all-weather wear-to-work with trouser-jeans and pants shoe, assuming you don't have to walk a long way through extreme weather to get to your place of employment. All in all, I'm happy I bought them, but I'd still want a version of my more rough and tumble old shoes for warmth and serious walking.

Most comfortable & stylish 3" shoes ever! I love these so much that I bought them in both espresso & black. They are instant glam with the 3" heel and, seriously, I can work in them all day long and then go out after work in them -- and I'm on my feet a lot at work. Best shoe purchase I have made in a long time!! I wear these shoes at least 4 days a week.

Great Looking shoe - I bought two pairs of these shoes. I must do a lot of walking at work but still look business casual. Shoes are quite attractive and very comfortable. I have a very high instep and appreciate the adjustable top buckle.

Comfortable and nicely styled sport shoe - This reminds me of certain Sesto Meucci sport shoes I have really liked--supported rubber sole, leather/mesh uppers with sporty but slightly dressy design. Sesto's can be unpredictable with sizing. This is a true 12, flatters my large feet. It's what I want when what I would like to wear is a sneaker but I know that it wouldn't be appropriate with my outfit--work or travel, shopping at the mall.

Can't take them off! These boots are really nice looking but I can't get them on my feet easily and it takes me forever to take them off. I am returning them because I don't want to have to take 10 minutes to take of my boots when I come home from work.

Love love love!! I just purchased my 2nd pair of Wasabis and couldn't be more pleased! My first pair were red and now these are black (I had to get them from Saks since Zappos was out of them - get back the solid colors Zappos!!). They don't look plasticky like a lot of patent shoes can, and are great in the winter. They keep my feet warm and dry (although they don't stand up to splashing in puddles after a few wears due to the seams and zipper). I like to wear them with dresses; they are nice without being too dressy and are extremely comfortable out of the box. My red ones have gotten a lot of wear and have creases like most boots naturally will, and they still look great after a year of frequent use (I must wear them at least twice a week during the fall/winter. Highly recommend it! Echo everyone who said to buy 1/2 size up, and that they are very tight around the calf but not uncomfortably so (I have average-size calves).

Great for all-weather days - My very first pair of Aquatalia and so far so good. Perfect fit - Based on the other reviews, I was going to order a half size up but decided to go with my regular size of 7. Good thing I did. It was a perfect fit. I have been wearing only skinny jeans with these boots, putting the jeans inside and it looks great.

Finally found it! I ordered and returned too many pairs of boots to count to find the perfect go-with-anything, comfortable, waterproof, warm, attractive boot to wear through the Cleveland winter. This one is it! Super cushy, warm, comfy, and beautiful! I sloshed through ridiculous slush lakes the first night I wore these, and then was on my feet for hours. If they stood up to that night, they'd stand up to anything. They passed with flying colors. My feet stayed totally dry, and I couldn't even tell I was wearing a heel through the evening. The next day when I looked at them after the outside had dried; they still looked like they were brand new. No joke. These boots are a very smart investment. Also- true to size and excellent traction. (They were helpful with the freezing rain of that night as well.)

Excellent boot - This boot is so comfortable. I do have runner's calves so they were pretty tight at first zipping them up, but eventually they stretched. Wore them walking all over NYC one day and my feet were very happy! Expensive but well worth the money for a well made, classic boot.
