One of the best purchases I have made online! Ever! These knives are extremely sharp! I know they are supposed to be sharp, they're knives, but I have bought many knives in the past and I tell you these are by far the best (and sharp, cut myself twice, ouch). The handles are very comfortable and great when hands are wet. The look of the knives in the block is great. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend them!

Ladies and Gentlemen, this knife set beyond a shadow of a doubt is the finest, sharpest, high quality knives I have ever seen! No lie! They are worth every cent and more. The only negative is not with the quality, but is just inherent to how they are made, and that is you really should not put them in a dishwasher, so that means having to wash them by hand. However, this is to prevent the knife edges from banging against other utensils or silverware in the dishwasher basket thereby dulling the knife edge over time. It's a very small inconvenience when compared to the high quality of this set. Buy it! 10 stars.

I absolutely love these knives. Had Henkels, these are far better. The balance and grip are wonderful. The steel is a unique shape and helps the non-chef keep the correct angle for sharpening. The only weird thing about this block, is that here is one more slot than knives. I purchased an additional knife of my choice to use in the extra slot.

Anolon pan - This is the perfect pan. Though a little pricey, the quality is well worth it. The size is great, the extra outside handle is handy.

Ginsu, shminsu - Cooking has become fun again thanks to this set of "mini swords." These knives are the easiest to use, most aesthetically pleasing cutlery I've seen on the market. Simple to clean and razor sharp. I can't stop talking about them at work.
