I am so incredibly disappointed with these shoes. Yes, they are as cute in real life as they look in the picture--I love the hidden wedge because it makes my size 12 s look a little smaller. But they are at least a full size smaller than marked and one of the two pairs I ordered had scuff marks on the heel. I knew the uppers were man-made suede but they have absolutely no flexibility or give so they will never stretch and they have a hard toe box that would be uncomfortable even if they were the right size. I bought them in red and blue--too hard to find because although Annie shoes do come in 13 s, they don't have them for this style. I was tempted to give these one or two stars, but decided to give them three overall stars because they are cute and the rest of you can order a size up (unless the next size up isn't available.) But I really don't think these would be very comfortable even if they fit, so I won't go any higher than that!

"Perfectly adequate." As reported by my 11 year old daughter to be comfortable, which is saying a lot for someone who is fussy about comfort. They were a last minute purchase to complete an outfit for a special occasion, and they did the trick! And needless to say, all enhanced by Zappos' superior service!

The shoes are very cute and comfortable but feels like they were made of cardboard using paper and Elmer's glue. The soles started to peel off on day 3. The bows fell off on week 3. The velvet material rubbed off within 3 weeks so that now the shoe looks like it was worn for decades - the soles falling off, no bows, all worn out. Trash and waste of money. I can send pictures if you want to see. I bought different shoes now because I cannot wear these anymore.
