Cute shoes, but have no traction on the soles. I have almost slipped several times and actually slipped once. The back strap does not stay up, falls down all the time.

When I got this shoe, I was delighted with the color and style. However, as I tried them on, I realized that my foot was hanging off the edge of the sole and the straps were very loose! After looking for some type of adjuster (there wasn't one), I concluded that the company was attempting to pass off a normal shoe as a wide one by lengthening the straps.

When I first tried the shoes on at they felt very comfortable. The first day I wore them to work, I was very disappointed. The shoes are very slippery, and I almost fell twice. That, as annoying as it was, I could have fixed but the strap on the left shoe constantly falls down and I do not think it can be fixed. Also, I do not want to end up paying more to fix the shoes than what I paid for them. If I hadn't waited so long to waer them, I would ask Zappos to take them back.

There is no way to adjust the back strap, which just fell down all the time. Otherwise these are very comfortable.

I agree with a few others, the back strap falls down all the time. You constantly have to stop and pull the back straps up and they are very slippery. I hate them! I wish I would have sent them back also.

I have a wide foot so finding a dressy shoe is hard. I love the look of the shoe and the width is perfect. The only problem I had was the back strap does not stay on my heel.
