These are great boots, though I returned them because I found them on Amazon for much cheaper. They are cute, they fit well and are pretty comfortable (but I would not plan to walk in them very long since they are a bit narrow and will hurt after extended wear). I am a size 10/11 and the 10M fit me fine. The size of the shaft is a little off; they are narrow around the ankle and lower calf but very wide at the top. They look decent on me because I have larger calves, but if you are petite you might want to pass on these boots.
