The faux leather is very stiff making walking a little awkward. The top of the boot shaft is too wide. I'm a tall girl, just under 6 and this boot comes to just below my knee and there is quite a large gap between the boot and my leg. They look fine with a longish skirt, but weird with pants, leggings and shorter skirts. The detail on the ankle is very cute.
