I have a bunion and plantar fasciitis and this pump works just fabulously for me! The leather is soft and the kitten heel sexy but not so extremely high. The insoles have nice padding in the metatarsal area but I will add an arch cushion which there is plenty of room for.

Perfect nude shoe if you are tall. Very comfortable, soft, with a roomy toe box, no toe cleavage that is worth mentioning, nice shape. I have slightly wide feet, but with Anne Kllein shoes medium works perfectly for me. I ordered my regular size 10 and also 10.5 to choose from. Patent leather shoes might require going 1/2 size up sometimes. Well, not this one. I am sending back 10.5 and looking forward to wearing my regular size. I also bought a pair in black, and would buy more in other colors. Thank you Zappos.

I initially ordered this in just two colors. I haven't worn any Anne Klein shoes before, and I have am cautious about trying new brands. I wore one of the pairs to church last Sunday. In fact, I ended up having it on all day, and I was amazed! Not only was there no break-in period for this shoe, but I felt like I had on my favorite slippers!!! I've since ordered it in three additional colors. I didn't really need any more shoes, but who wouldn't rather wear shoes that are this comfortable? I just couldn't resist! How a shoe foots a woman's foot is very individual, but this one is absolutely perfect for me!! I should say that I need a narrow heel and a wider shoe box, due to bunions on both feet. Normally, I have to have new shoes stretched before I can wear them. So, for those who do not have these issues, these shoes might be too wide in the shoe box portion. However, I will be trying more Anne Klein styles in the future. Thanks, Zappos!!!

Love, love, love this shoe. I am tall and wear a size 11, so I have been searching for the perfect office pump - not too tall (anymore), but comfortable and not so pointy they look like elf shoes. This pair is perfect, and believe me, I've tried so many. A lot of the kitten heels made my feet look too long due to the extreme points at the end. Back they went! I tried these because the reviews said they were true to size and not too pointy. They are a DREAM. Not too tall to hurt my feet, yet very stylish and sexy - for work or after work. They are true to size and fit average-to-slightly-wide feet well. Best thing is, they don't look ridiculous on my feet because while they are not an almond shape, they are only moderately pointy, so they don't seem part of what another reviewer deemed "the pointy shoe trend." These babies are keepers, and I just placed an order for the "natural" shade through another site, since the 11s were already sold out on Zappos. Zappos, please add more size 11 shoes, women are getting taller in successive generations, and our feet are proportionate to our bodies. Show some love for us size 11 ladies! :)

Very cute shoe. Great heel height. I wear an 11 and these 11s were snug. Sending back. So sad.
