Overall:

I bought these shoes because I had some really old And1 shoes that fit well and lasted a very long time. However, after about 3 weeks I gave up on this pair. Every time I wore them, my feet hurt for days afterward. At first I thought I'd just need to get them broken in, but it just wasn't happening. I believe the problem for me was the pressure on the Achilles tendon from an very unforgiving backside of the shoe. The cushioning on the shoes is also very inadequate for me, but I'm a larger than average guy, too. At the same time that I bought these shoes, I also bought the Rocket Mids which I continue to use. They have identical soles, but an insert allows me to continue to wear them. The Rockets do not have the same problem with the pressure on the Achilles.

Overall:

Super light. Super comfortable. Wide outrigger and heel counter prevent myself from ankle-breaking. I can perform all my fastest moves without concerns. Great value, recommend to point guards.

Amazing shoe! Love the looks! And quite comfortable! Was a bit disappointed when looking at the shoe up close and personal in my hand, but when you wear them, it's a completely different story! Otherwise absolutely perfect for me! You can wear it casually, as well, when on the court! Thinking of buying the other color as well!

Second pair of AND 1 shoes that I have ordered for my son. He loves PUMAs, but they're not suited to playing sports like basketball. They look good though. These shoes look great, are great value and very easy to play ball in. And as with all of our shoes, we love to buy them from Zappos. I wonder if now that Amazon owns the company, you will continue with your great customer service. Although, I must admit, Amazon's not bad either.

This is my third pair of And-1's. I play basketball 3-5 times per week and these And-1's have consistently lasted me about 10 months. They are extremely light weight, support my ankles well enough, and have good traction for quick cuts. These shoes have not disappointed and I plan to buy another pair of And-1's when these wear out. As usual, Zappos customer service/shipping fees and speed are top of the line!

First let me thank Zappos for the best customer service I have ever experienced. My grandson ordered a different pair of shoes. When he got them he discovered that they ran small. We returned the shoes for a larger size, but they were out of stock in the larger size. So he chose these instead and he absolutely loves them. Zappos upgraded our shipping, we got them the very next day! Needless to say, I will be ordering all the family shoes from Zappos. If this is your first time ordering from Zappos, rest assured you are in great hands. They truly appreciate their customers.

My 13 year old son picked out these shoes. He loves them. They are comfortable for him and inexpensive for me. He has had them since school started and they are holding up well. Which says a lot as he is hard on his shoes. If you have not ordered anything from Zappos, I encourage you to do so. They have the BEST customer service period. I ordered my sons shoes on-line and they were delivered 15 hours later! All I can say is, WOW! Thank you Zappos, I'll always be a customer!

I've been a Converse guy since back in the day, and I mean back in the day. Wore NBA's (the Chuck Taylor knock offs before I could afford the real ones), '60's and '70's. Since being taken over by Nike the variety has become very limited and the fit and construction no longer works for me. Thank god for And1's. I find their shoes very comfortable and solid. The fit is a little small though. I have to order a size larger than my norm. Ordering through Zappos is the best thing that's happened in the 21st century, internet wise. Shoes arrive quickly and returns/exchanges are made very easily. Glad you guys are around.

These are great shoes for someone who wants the look of a black dressy sneaker. (I chose the all black ones.) I use them as I teach school and attend church. Important parts of the shoes are shiny to make them look as dress shoes.

I have been a loyal And1 customer for many, many years, and this shoe ranks up there with the best of them. The shoe has great heel cushoning, a responsive toebox, and a strap that locks you in and gives a good fit. Because it is a bit bulky due to the stability and cushioning of the shoe, it would be best suitable for forwards and centers rather than a quick guard. Great shoe!

Too heavy, and not enough grip for basketball...I have been wearing only And1 for the last 4 years, and this shoe was the most expensive And1 shoe I have ever bought, and happens to be the worst And1 shoe I have ever bought...don't intend to play fast basketball in these...On the other hand, they look sick, and are very comfortable for just walking around...

Great shoes for the price. Before these shoes I owned some D Wades Mid. These shoes are pretty much better than the D Wades Mids in every way. They have amazing cushions on the top part of the shoe and look really stylish. They are also very light compared to most over priced jordans and nikes. Great shoe, only down fall is the sole of the shoe is un-removable so you got to suffer with the hard sole. Would definitely buy these again for the price.

Son loves them!My 11 yr old loves these shoes...but I didn't notice that they aren't leather. Was a bit disappointed at the cost for a synthetic shoe. Overall I give these a high rating as he is very impressed with them...but says they slip on the floor during gym class.

My brother-in-law has had two pairs of these shoes and I just bought a pair here as well. Very good ankle support, but they run very small. Consider going up a size.

Great - Shoe is great. The heel seems a little shorter than a typical shoe's heel, so you end up putting a little more weight distribution on the heel, but you adjust to it quite easily. Overall weight of the shoe is great.

I was interested in the comments on these boots, as I had ordered them from someone other than Zappos (shame on me!) and found them to run really small. I normally wear somewhere between a 5 (Birkenstocks) and a 6 (Privo) and I could hardly get my foot into the size 6 in these Hush Puppy boots. Some people thought they ran large and I thought they ran small! I almost always wear Merrill's (cured my Plantar Fasciitis!) or Birkenstocks, but wanted to try these, sorry they didn't fit me...

Decent shoe - This is a good athletic shoe. The main reason I like it is it’s not too flashy, was not expensive, and it’s light. I have big feet so when it comes to basketball shoes for me, I just don’t want bulky and heavy. This is what this shoe does for me. No bulk, it’s light, and looks pretty decent.

Shoes are ok I guess...I like the look of these shoes a lot. They weren't that comfortable till I took the factory insole and put another insole in and then I really liked them, but then when I finally got them broken in, which took maybe two weeks, I had a shoelace strap break on me and now I can't use them like I would expect... If you are a casual player that doesn't run hard, then they might be for you, but if you are a serious player, look for something else.
