I think they are very well made and cute. My 10 year old is not as sure, we may be returning them. I wish they had this color in my size.

This shoe is super cute. The laces are nice and long for little fingers learning to tie. My daughter is very picky about how shoes feel. She hates wearing shoes, and these were "okay". She complains that they 'don't feel good', mainly I think because the tongue tends to slouch down in the shoe a little bit. Otherwise, they are good for her narrow feet. The stitching has also held up great, although it quickly loses its brightness after being worn outside.

This shoe is perfect for frequent travel! My feet tend to get quite cold on airplanes, so I needed a shoe that had a fleecy lining (they are not leather, and they have synthetic fleece) throughout most of the entire shoe. The insole itself is not lined, but I bought a size up, and inserted a separate fleece insole with arch support and it worked out great! I have wide feet and it's still quite comfortable (I am 7 wide and bought size 8). They are flexible, and have a little bit of a slipper-like feel. The side zipper makes for easy-on, easy-off at the airport security check, so you don't have to fuss with the laces. You can occasionally feel the metal eyelets from the inside, but that's easily fixed by adjusting the tongue. My usual go-to airplane shoes are Uggs, but I was looking for something a bit more streamlined that I could wear with more outfits, and travel with fewer different pairs of shoes. These do the trick. I don't recommend them for snow, but they are good chilly weather shoes, and good travel/keep-warm-on airplane shoes!

My daughter gets lots of compliments on this shoe, and it's still looking good after 4 months of wear. The laces are long and easy to handle for a girl who is still practicing tying her laces.

Great alternative to Converse...I think I have a new favorite brand. Very stylish, beautiful color and design. Deciding between the Pewter and the distressed nappa for my daughter...they are even nicer in person. I love the zip and tie options too. The only complaint, as with all of these type of sneakers, is the lack of arch support. My daughter is a rough player, so we will use these as "dress sneakers."

My 10 year old daughter just got these boots and they are lovely although run very small (we went 2 sizes up). HOWEVER, after 4 days of wear, the metallic surface has cracked on both boots, and the sole has come apart! Unfortunately, these will be returned.
