This bag was purchased to replace a similar bag that served well in daily use for more than five years. The new bag is slightly larger than the previous one although both were labeled as size small. These are terrific bags! Very comfortable to carry and easy to organize with lots of pockets and key holding hooks. Loved my old bag to death. Happy to have the replacement.

I love it. Better than a backpack. Flexible - lots of different uses. I like the non slip on the shoulder strap. Well made. Only the narrower water bottles fit in the pocket though.

Love this bag, just the right size as it fits all my basics plus a water bottle! Super comfortable and right number of pockets. The only thing I don't like is the inner pocket clip for keys - would prefer it to be on the outside, so I added a carabiner on the strap. I initially ordered extra small and knew right away it was too small. I was so impressed with the Zappos exchange policy, they had the new bag in my hands within 3 days!

This bag isn't as stylish as some, but it has one very important feature: nobody can get into the main pocket while it is on your back an zipped tight. A few years ago, I was packed into a crowd late one night in Barcelona when I realized a man standing behind me was a bit too close. When I turned around, he disappeared into the crowd. That's when I discovered every outside pocket of my bag was unzipped--but not the main compartment, which held my valuables. I had positioned the zipper under the bag against my shoulder. If you spend any time in mass transit or tight crowds, and might need your bag on your back instead of in front, then get this bag. (And if you think this can't happen to you because you are more observant than me, I dare you to test that theory with a wallet, phone and passport.) I'm returning this one for a larger size.

This is a fantastic bag. It is very comfortable to carry, has lots of interior space and pockets, and I love that it's machine washable.
