These shoes felt great right out of the box. I didn't want to like them as much as I did because they're so expensive, but I think they're worth it if you're looking for the perfect shoe. They also have a great grip on every surface.

Wore these shoes all around Paris, walking several miles a day, and my feet felt great. Just enough support, and they look better than running shoes in a city. I live in them.

The Allrounder Mephisto is a very comfortable and attractive shoe. There is plenty of room for an orthotic insole and is very comfortable to wear walking, running or working out. It has black suede on the outside which gives it a fall\/winter look.

This is simply the most comfortable walking shoe ever. Bought these right before a trip to Italy, and walked all over in them with no problems. My orthotics even fit inside, which made them even better! They also are attractive, and look much better than sneakers.

I wanted something stylish to wear while walking the dog but I needed good support as well. I was afraid that this shoe had too low a heel but it has enough support that this was not an issue. They look great, the laces stay tied and they are easy on my feet and knees. I know I will have them for years to come.

Here’s another example of a wonderful shoe in my closet that I never would have seen if it weren’t for Zappos! I ordered the grey/blue first, and I was so thrilled by the fit and feel that I turned around and ordered them in black. (The grey are still my favorites.) The cushion under the heel is fabulous, the toe area is roomy, I have room for the forefoot (I’m a B) with my more narrow heel held securely. They give me a real bounce to my step. I even choose to wear them in the house because they feel soooooo good!
Brands I'd also recommend: Ecco Allrounder "First" (Eccos are a 2nd choice - the "Jump")
