Allrounder by Mephisto

Just ordered this to have for Summer; thanks to advice to order up a size. This style runs small. Have become an AllRounder fan. Purchased recently the Nove (these run true to one's normal size) in red and grey. From get go they were comfortable and are now my favorite shoes. My orthotics fit in perfectly. I am rehabbing from full hip replacement surgery and comfortable shoes with good support that look 1/2 way decent are important. I'm a long time shoe person with many gorgeous stylish shoes I can no longer wear. Having opted for common sense shoes that at least look good...red is always fun...Mephisto All Rounders may just become the ones for me. Wish this sandal came in straight black, though.

Size runs very small. Usually wear 9 -9.5, ordered 10 & toes still hang over...this means I'd have to bump it up to 11 to get a 'maybe' fit, but I won't since shoe is uncomfortable -- for example the heel strap constructed/designed in such a way that part of it bends backward into the skin. Would help if Mephisto would make foot platform larger then people wouldn't have to keep increasing shoe size so toes don't ride up over the ridge of shoe. This shoe feels like something cheap -- from PayLess but it's price is "paymore."

Wear an 8 ordered a 9 and it was still too short. Beware when ordering this shoe. Cute but way off in sizing.

These shoes are super cute and most importantly: very comfortable. I recently discovered why I have so much foot pain. The genetics of poorly designed feet for multiple forms of abuse x many years working on my feet, sometimes 16 hour doubles in hotel and restaurant, and wearing the exact opposite of the right shoes... + cramming my little feet into super high heel stilettos = at the ripe age of only 30, Bunions. Ho Dang, Bummer. Anyhow, although my feet have a hard time in any shoe the Allrounder by Mephisto is about as good as it gets for me. Before bunions, I was a true size 7 and 1/2, these days even an 8 can still cause pressure in my feet; however, 8 is usually too long on my foot and an 8 and 1/2 is completely out of the question. I was worried but still opted for the 7 and 1/2 because I had read they run a little wider and they are adjustable. The 7 and 1/2 fits perfectly. They have a great insole - they are flexible. Extremely well made and worth the money. And they are not narrow which is a deal-breaker for my feet. They fit swimmingly. Wish me luck in my on-going search for the perfect fitting boot. Thank goodness for the Mephisto Allrounder. 1st time was the charm on that one.

These are very comfortable. The straps feel very secure but are padded and feel soft against the skin. The soles are well cushioned. I am glad that I listened to the reviewer who said said these run a full size too small is exactly right, I took her advice and ordered the 6 as I am a size 5 and they fit perfectly. My only concern and disappointment with the shoes is that they have absolutely no traction on wet terrain. They are meant as outdoor shoes but are unsafe under anything but dry conditions.

This shoe is the best fit I've ever had! From the minute you put them on your feet, you're ready to go all day! Never have had a shoe that comfortable (and you could call me a shoeaholic), even in a size 9, they still look cute!

This was my first Mephisto shoe. I have a narrow foot and it is the only one that would fit. It was a disappointment. The leather is hard and not flexible. I wear orthotics and put them in but still had discomfort on the sole of one foot which could be because the Allrounder has a hard sole itself. I am returning the shoes but wanted to caution any other potential buyer that these may not be up to the reputed standards of "immediately comfortable" that Mephisto is know for.

Runs very small! I normally order a 38, but I ordered a 39 in this style and it was still too small.

I bought these boots in espresso at 6pm.com. It looks just like the picture. Color and shape are both very true in the pictures shown. However, these boots have no arch support. I really like the design, though. I think I'll keep them and buy comfortable insoles for them. They will then be great everyday boots for me.

Nice shoe but the sole has seperated from the shoe and you have been out of stock for months. Only got 1 month of wear out of them.

I really love these shoes and I get compliments on them all the time. :) I am very pregnant right now and these are perfect for my sometimes swollen/sometimes not feet, easy to get off and on with the Velcro. Only complaint is that the hook side of the Velcro is on the show... what the? What this means is if you tuck your foot up under yourself, or, as I do, accidentally brush it against the mesh pocket in the foot well of my husband's car, you guessed it, I stick to it! Mephisto, please fix that/ :) Otherwise great shoe.

I purchased these shoes for a trip to Utah where I was hiking at Zion National, Grand Canyon Northern Rim and Bryce Canyon. They are adorable, wearable and cute. Very cute. I would recommend them to any woman who wants to feel comfortable and cute. Two extremely important family values.

I love Mephisto, and these will probably be in my favs category when I get the right sizing. I always wear a 39 in this great brand, but these are at least one full size larger. Love the carbon color with the splash of salmon. Will reorder in the smaller size.

Stylish with a gym shoe feel. Everyone at Zappos was amazing, making sure I had the right color and fit. Yes, I did some returning. Smooth sailing all the way. C' tait une tres bonne experience!

After reading all the reviews I ordered a 7 and 7.5 which is what I usually wear in a Mephisto shoe. The 7.5 was way to big all around the shoe so I have kept the 7 which I love. Style and comfort are great. No breaking in is necessary. This shoe in particular needs to be ordered in a half smaller size to fit correctly.

I purchased these shoes in my normal size and they were huge. I had never worn Mephisto before so I contacted them and was told that these are men's shoes. I had to return them. Because they are not women's shoes I cannot give a good rating.

I had never heard of Mephisto shoes until my friend across the street showed me hers a month ago. I was impressed and thought, "What the heck. I'll order a pair based on the phenomenal return policy," and chose the Allrounder. Initially the heel rubbed, I assume because it is designed a bit too high. But now they have loosened up enough to wear them every day around the house, etc. Ever since, I have had no more back pain.

These are the most comfortable sandals. They support where feet need support, cushion nicely, and they look decent. Not sexy pretty but at least I don't look like an old lady! Comfortable from the first moment, it was like I could hear my feet give a sigh of thanks.

These shoes runs big. I returned them and did not even try a smaller size because they seemed so uncomfortable.

These boots have no arch support. My feet got cold just wearing them around the house. I wear size 10 1/2 and since there are so few boots in this size, that's the main reason I tried them. I need something warmer out here on the prairie!
