This is an attractive, well-made, comfortable classic. Definitely worth the upgrade in price from your average men's dress shoes you find at department stores or mall men's shops. I got complimented on how they looked the first day I wore them. If you're going to spend good money on a suit and tie, you owe to yourself to also get at least one or two really decent pairs of dress shoes, and this would be a good place to start.

Nice looking shoe. A little tight in the toes. Comfortable. Not recraftable though, might be why these are less expensive that other AE shoes.

Overall I'm extremely happy with the AE Provo shoes I received just a week ago. The shoe was properly in length and width and felt comfortable to wear. It's a little bit tight in terms of the height in the front, but I anticipate this rigidity will yield. The shoe is true to the brown on the website and feels very durable (though I've only had them a week).

These are great looking shoes and very comfortable too! I have a hard time finding shoes in my size, and these 14-B's fit perfectly. This was my first time ordering from Zappos, and I will definitely do so again. I had ordered a second pair of medium width shoes and returned them with no problem since they were too wide.

Great shoe, but beware that this is Allen-Edmonds' low end line. That means you can't have it restored to mint condition like you can their more expensive shoes. Still probably worth the money.

I've had a brown pair for three weeks now, and can tell they are a good purchase. I walk in them about 30 minutes daily. At first, they gave me blisters in the top of the big toe and heel, but have since broken in. I agree that they are a little tight on top, but expect that to go away as well. I have a black pair of AE Tribecca's, and when they wear out, I'll likely replace them with Provos. Dressy enough for me to wear to court, and as comfortable as a good pair of crosstrainers.
