Very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. They are not finished well around the ankle and have sharp seams. The leather is not of the same quality as past shoes from this brand. Returning them.

Best shoe I have ever owned! As a Chef, I stand on my feet for a long long time. Plus plantar fasciitis. This is the cure for sure.

Love these shoes. I actually wasn't expecting much and frankly, I thought they might look too much like Birkenstocks but these are really stylish and do not hurt my troubled feet in the least. Well made for the price point.

Love them, love them, love them! This is my 3rd pair of Alegria. Love the insole as I am on my feet 12 hours a day. The only thing that could make this style better is if the cute ribbon laces would stay tied. But these are so great that hardly matters. I have my mom and aunt hooked on these, too.

I suffer from Arthritis in my big toes, being self employed as an outside caterer I am on my feet sometimes working a 14hr day, without my fantastic Alegria shoes I would not be able to be on my feet all day. For work abbi fit the bill. As for everyday wear I just love the funky fun styles available and I have a lot that are really admired by my girlfriends. Thank you Alegria for keeping me on my feet.

Very comfortable and well fitting shoe. I like that it is all leather and very well-made! My feet need really good arch support and this shoe does the job well.

In trying to find a replacement for my Skech. Shape-ups that don't look like I am headed to the gym, I tried the Aleg. Abbis. The first day I was impressed: comfy and stylish. The second day was heck! The sides of the shoes cut into my lower ankles so bad I thought I'd die!

I love Alegria shoes. They provide all day comfort. As a new size 11 (don't ask, who knows why my feet changed size), I have been replacing my shoe wardrobe. These are great. I won't pretend that they are flattering, because they do look a little clunky (remember, these are size 11), but the comfort, style and color outweigh all the rest. Zappos has the best selection of size 11 shoes anywhere. Thank you Zappos!

This was my first pair of Alergia's that tie. I love the look of the black lace on the brown leather, it makes the shoe go with everything. It also has lace shoe strings as well as regular ones. They are so comfy I sometimes forget to take them off!

Based on the two pairs of the Paloma style of Alegria shoes that I already own and find so comfortable, I ordered these lace up style shoes despite the many bad reviews that were posted. Sadly, the reviews were right. These shoes are extremely wide in the heel and do not stay on your feet when you walk. The fit is similar to Dansko clogs. They move up and down on the back of the foot and will be sure to cause blisters. They are not nearly as cute as the Mary Jane style despite the ribbon laces. Back they go!

I have spastic cerebral palsy and I have horrific issues with my feet. One foot is very wide due to bunions and the other one well, turns funny because of the way I walk. I have had issues with finding shoes my whole like. These are most likely the best shoes I found, I am so impressed that I am getting more pairs/styles.

Love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable and look great too. Perfect for wide feet. Get a lot of compliments on them as well. :) P.S. The only cons for these shoes is they run a tad wide so if you have a narrow foot they might be wide for you.

I've worn the Paloma style in Alegria shoes with great success. This style, however, didn't float my boat. The heel was very wide, so it slipped up regardless of how tight I tied the laces. There's not a lot of room in the toe area, and the shoe feels a size smaller than marked. Not a good experience.

Okay, maybe it was the fact that I tried these in a solid color (the plum) -- but I am of the opinion that this is one of the ugliest shoes ever. I think if I had to be on my feet all day, and had to make it work, I could get over it. Maybe in a print they'd be a bit cuter. I have the plum in the 'Paloma' style and like them very much. Abbi went back.
