Overall:

Boots were sent quickly. They are attractive and fit well, soft enough to mold around my curvy calf. I've only worn them once, but they felt good on and were elegant with my sheath dress. I can't really wear high-heeled boots, so these proved to be a classy alternative, both dressy and more casual.

Awesome boots! Grew up in Wisconsin but living in Florida for 17 years. Had to find some boots to go skiing. These are amazing! Classy and comfortable should be the new name!

What a beautifully well made shoe for the price. I will be using it for New Year\'s Eve celebration this year and was lucky enough to find it so close to the date and still get it delivered to me on time. The shoes are even better than advertised. Very pretty and fit well with comfort. But the best thing is Zappos service! It\'s so good that I tried to buy stock in the company only to discover that it is not publicly held. Congratulations, Zappos, on having the best service and the best website in the business!

I purchased these shoes originally in bronze patent. I loved them so much I had to have them in black. They are sturdy, comfortable shoes but also adorable. I get many, many compliments on them. Living in the northeast, high heels are not an option in the winter. I would order another pair if I could.

I wanted a shoe that would be cute enough to wear with pants and skirts but secure and supportive for my seven block walk from the train each day. These suit my needs and then some.I found these slip-ons true-to-size and very comfortable. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised by the arch support they provide.

I needed a cute pair of flats that I could wear to work with slacks that are too short for heels and with jeans. My college-age daughter helped me pick these out. They are very stylish and quite comfortable. On the negative side, they are just a tad too wide (I am a \'b\' width) but are very wearable. Also, I would like a little more arch support.

Love these! I chose them partly because I'm not used to wearing heels, but decided it was time to start occasionally dressing like a "grown-up"! These are perfect. I don't even think twice about wearing a heel, they are so comfortable! Very stylish, as well. The leather is soft as butter, and the buckle is very subdued and classy looking.

Love these boots. They are true to size. Buckle detail makes nice stand out addition. Leather seems quality to this point after a few wears. Heel seems dress enough to wear casually or dress up a bit. Overall great buy.

These are very cute boots if you want a casual nice look that goes with everything. They look great with jeans! From the back they look like heels, but for walking they feel stable. I am very pregnant and still want to dress up and feel sexy without wearing heels and prone to a fall. I usually go between a size 7 1/2-8. I ordered an 8 in these and should have gotten the 7 1/2's. They are a bit big because the toe is slightly square/rounded. I just wear thicker than usual socks. I definitely recommend these to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced, nice, comfy boot.

These are my favorite boots. Just so you know what you are getting; I am usually an 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe. I ordered the 9, and they are a tad roomy on my foot. The calf part of the boot is wide and roomy, but not slouchy and droopy, and I think that is the intended design. The heel is the right height and they are comfortable boots.

I was looking for a loafer type shoe. I usually wear only Clarks, but when I found none in that brand I tried this shoe. It is very comfortable needing no "breaking in". It seems to be suitable for my "loafer".

These are so cute, but run pretty big. I fluctuate between a size 8.5 and a 9. I ordered a size 9 to accommodate thick socks. I could have easily ordered a size 8! The ankle seems loose, as well. I might be irritating if wearing boots for long periods of time.

I love these boots. I had a hard time finding a boot with a heel that wasn't too high but yet fashionable. These fit the bill! I can wear them all day (12 hours days even). I am on my feet all day as a hair stylist; I really put shoes to the test! Highly recommend them.

This is the only shoe I have found in years that fits true to size and is so comfortable with no break in period. No toe crowding, no slipping at the heel, not tight anywhere, just a good comfy fit. The leather is so soft yet hasn\'t stretched out like some soft leathers. I bought one in black and brown, if it came in navy I would be buying that one too. Very stylish, looks great with pants or jeans.

I bought these boots because they are stylish, thinking I could wear them out without having to bring a change of shoes. I wasn't expecting them to also be warm; we've had some single digit weather already this season and they hold up well against the cold. The fit is spot on; there is not as much insole cushioning as I would prefer so I inserted some gel insoles and now they are perfect.

I love the dressiness of this shoe, and it looks great with pants also. I ordered a size 8-1/2, but it's too large. Wish I had stuck to my usual size 8, and I think it would have been perfect. I ordered it in the brownish suede, a pretty medium brown. I have had less than successful foot surgery on both feet, and finding good quality and good fitting shoes is extremely difficult. Zappos shipping and return process makes shopping the best thing since sliced bread for me, and I can't thank you enough! The 365-day return policy is fantastic in case one becomes ill or some other problem happens to develop. Thanks again for being such a wonderful company, and it's a pleasure to do business with!

These shoes are fabulous! I saw them in a department store, but they didn't have my size, so I found them on Zappos instead and had them by the next day. I am tall and have a bad foot (no high heels for me), so these are perfect; so comfy and warm, too! I was hoping they would look cute with skinny jeans, but the ankle is just too narrow (unless maybe you have tiny ankles). I have worn them with tights and under jeans for a very cute look. Would definitely recommend!

I am a fan of AK Anne Klein and have purchased several of their shoes. They fit well and are well designed. This pair feel good on my feet and are true to size. The heel is fashionable, but has enough substance and is low enough to provide comfort and stability when walking. I like the cut-out design which gives it a different look than my other pumps. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
