Lovely shoe, but just as someone else commented, my heel would lift out of the back, even when I placed a pad against the back of the heel. To go a size smaller would have made the shoe too tight. Unfortunately, I had to return.

Thank goodness for a sexy platform pump with a lower heel. Although very comfortable, I had to buy a 1\/2 size smaller than usual as my heel slipped out the back even after inserting cushion support.

Cute shoe, but it was too uncomfortable, so I\'m returning. It pinched in the front (too narrow for my wide-ish feet). And, like other reviewers mentioned, my heel slipped in the back. The heel was higher than I thought.

I so wanted these to fit, but alas, they didn't. Heel slipped right off, and I couldn't keep the shoes on. Too bad since these are very attractive. A nice height with the slight platform. Oh well. Back to searching for a nice pair of black platform heels.

Beautiful shoe. Heel height is just right, but the shoe felt a little too big. I would recommend going down a half size.

1) Shoe runs large, I ordered half a size down based on reviews (ordered a 7 instead of my usual 7.5, and the 7 fit). 2) I have to return these shoes because like other reviewers said, my feet slipped out of the back heel every time I took a step. 3) I'm sad to have to send them back because otherwise they are a great-looking shoe, and the height with the platform is perfect - high enough to look sexy but still very walkable.

Great looking shoes...no doubt. However, I am pretty much a 6B every time and this shoe was way too big. I ordered a 5.5 which fit in length, but it was too big in the heel so they slip off when I walk. I kept them and added heel pads which has helped, but not a perfect solution. I must say that I'm very disappointed since they would otherwise be the perfect black heel.

These are perfect shoes for work. The reviews are correct that they run large. I wear a 9.5 and purchased a 9 and the fit great.

These shoes are great and pretty comfortable for a 3 inch heel! I ordered these at 9pm at night and they were at my house across the country by the next day! I don't know how you guys do it. Best site by far to order shoes.

This shoe is much prettier and richer looking in person. It looks good online, but the picture really doesn't do it justice. So happy I bought them! The size runs a bit large, so order a half size down. I'm glad I took that advice from other posts. Even then I'll probably put in a heel grip but for the height and the look they're pretty comfortable as well.

This is an aesthetically beautiful shoe and very inexpensive. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit well. I ordered my normal size and found it to very comfortable. I hopped into my car and drove to work - and found that I couldn't walk in them because they were literally falling off my feet. Zappos was great - they allowed me to return the pair for a smaller size. It's a bit better but still extremely loose.

I was excited when I read the reviews saying the shoe ran big. I'm a 10.5 and all they had were 10's so I ordered it. I thought since my feet are big, the shoe wouldn't slide off the heel like everyone else was complaining about. The shoe fit perfectly but everyone was right. It slides off your heel as you walk making it impossible to walk in. Returning them asap.

Brands I'd also recommend: isola..... i love their shoes. only bad thing i have to say is i wear 10.5 and isola doesnt make shoes in that size, none that ive found :(

Cute shoe, but unwearable. I read a few of the reviews saying that the shoe slipped off their heel when walking. So I bought a full size smaller than what I normally wear to compensate for this and still had the heel problem. It's a shame because the shoe is very cute and seems like it would be comfortable, if not for the heel problem.

Gorgeous pump that looks spectacular on and makes your legs look longer. The toe box has plenty of room even for wider feet and the heel is very comfortable. Two issues though: 1. The heel slips badly, even on wide feet. I have found this with a lot of AK shoes, but this one is even worse than my others. Not sure a heel pad would fix it. 2. The black fabric style is gorgeous, but I worry that with one slip on a sidewalk crack, the patent-leather-covered heel will look terrible - something most cobblers cannot fix well. It also has an extremely rigid sole.

Loved the look of the shoes-just couldn't find a size that would fit me decently! 9 1/2 slipped off heel and 9 was too small.
